Product description

Review

Given all the controversies and challenges surrounding sex I am delighted to welcome this bold, wise and sensitive treatment of the issues at stake. This is a book capable of changing opinions, altering viewpoints and, ultimately, rescuing lives. Thank you Sam Allberry! --Revd Canon J. John

This book is characteristic Sam Allberry: practical and vivid, humorous and clear, faithful and compelling. And remarkably timely. For the Bible’s sexual ethic, rightly understood and embodied, is not just true; it’s also beautiful. And contrary to popular belief, it’s good news for the whole world. Sam shows us why. --Matt Smethurst, Managing editor, The Gospel Coalition; author, Before You Open Your Bible: Nine Heart Postures for Approaching God's Word

In this rich and provocative book, Sam Allberry explores how the yearnings of our hearts, the instincts of our bodies, and the complex cravings of our minds point us to something we want even more than sex. You can read it in an evening. But its effects could last a lifetime. --Rebecca McLaughlin, Author of Confronting Christianity: 12 Hard Questions for the World's Largest Religion --This text refers to the paperback edition.

About the Author

Sam Allberry is an experienced author and speaker. He is a global speaker for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries as well as an editor for the Gospel Coalition. A visiting professor at Cedarville University, his books include Is God Anti-Gay? and Why Bother with Church?.

Hannibal Hills has been in love with storytelling since the young age of five when he would put on puppet shows with his toys from behind the family sofa. After years of traveling, including herding cows in Scotland and officiating weddings on beaches, he is back doing exactly what he loves: entertaining with words and performance. When not recording audiobooks, he enjoys writing and tinkering with computers. --This text refers to the audioCD edition.
