The air vent mount is not compatible with some style of air vents. Check if your vehicle's air vents are compatible with the included mount.

Cars not compatible with Echo Auto

The following cars are not compatible with Echo Auto when using a Bluetooth connection. You can still use Echo Auto with these cars by connecting via the included auxiliary cable:

  1. Check if battery optimisation is turned off for Alexa app
    a. Go to phone settings > Battery > Battery Optimisation > Amazon Alexa > Don't optimise > done.

  2. Try pinning the Alexa App in memory
    a. Go to ‘multitasking’ and then tap on the lock icon for the Alexa app
