Milly Taiden does it again with the PDA series, another fantastic book. Couldn’t put it down and had to finish in one sitting at 12:50am. Will be tired for work, but who cares after reading about Dali finding her true mate and the obstacles they had to overcome. 10 out of 10
Expected just a bit more than what was delivered. Wonderful going off with the characters we have met previously but not enough romance for my taste between the two H's. I have to say I was enjoying this until the stupidity with the villain unfolded. Without giving any spoilers, this devolved into something unbelievably trite and silly all within a few pages. Some of the actions were downright imbecilic. Now this big scene may be enjoyable to other readers but I just didn't expect or want, wombies. One of those scenes that make you roll your eyes and think what a load of rubbish. This story is not a reread for me. Kindly offered to me by the author but read through KU.
A fairly typical insta-love shifter minus all the best aspects of the genre. The MC’s have no chemistry, the sex is boring. There’s the obligatory nod to kink which only makes it more of a yawn fest. There was a fair amount of unimportant detail, repetition and pointless reiteration. The mystery was obvious and the insane villain was straight out of a pantomime. It would have also been nice if the story had been resolved properly. This author may be prolific but produces nothing of value.
I loved reading this paranormal romance very much as Gerri does it again and matches up an unlikely pair. There are many twists and turns before they have a chance of getting a happy ending. Excellent tale that I recommend reading as it is very entertaining.
I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Another great read I'm loving the strong women in Milly's books I recommend reading these books and can't wait til the next one And although the PDA series are all stand alone it's better to read in order to better understand the characters
