Joe has taken aspects of many fields including; neurology; biology; epigenetics; physics; quantum physics; meditation and pieced them together using evidence, some anecdotal but in most cases backed up with hard science, to create a complete hypothesis for health and wellness. He then goes on to take this hypothesis to the masses in the form of workshops and many of the participants experience incredible healings from all manner of disorders, including the incurable ones.
I like the way Joe's mind works, because as if that were not enough, he then investigates further by bringing in doctors and neuro-scientists to study the brain waves and heart coherence of participants at his workshops and makes some startling discoveries.
A great read. I have recommended it to a number of friends already.
Dispenza is onto something BIG and I can only recommend you read the book yourself and learn about the real mind in action. If you read Seth, this will be even more relevant because Dispenza really gets it!
I'm glad I got it now in library at home !
The book is well structured and carries intelligent arguments.
I do fully recommend this book for Self Healing and Development...

( 10 years of it and I was not even concious of it, I was addicted to the stressor's ie adrenalin rush and was not even aware of it, the havoc that long term stress can have on your life is unbelievable ) basically victim mentality/personality grew and my health detrained, doctors had no explanation for this peripheral neuropathy which I was experiencing and it was getting no better which made my walking a difficult task, writing my exams was a difficult task ie I had to use painkillers just to write, sleepless night, having the sensation of my nerve burning as its said in this book it was over stimulation of my analytical mind, and I have been a guy who has very good diet, workout regime ie fitness freak.
After starting the changing your belief meditation,( its been 5 months, have even bought the gracious present moment, restorative sleep, ) my life has completely changed, my health condition is 90% recovered, my state of being is enhanced, iam ecstatic almost all the time, people around me are confused by this seemingly reasonless joy.
PS :- whomever reading this and thinking of buying this book, go ahead buy it, you may not understand everything at start but just keep on doing your meditations religiously, as your frequecy of energies will increase your perception will broaden and you will become aware of the things you were not aware once and then you will understand via inferating with your own life.

Remember no possibility is greater than you as you are life and possibilities are just consequence of life ie you are the one experiencing (choosing,observing,gathering) the possibilities (emotion's,thoughts,all the events around you including people ) ie you are the one experiencing and not the experience/possibilities, you can definitely choose different possibilities as all possibilities are manifestion of potential and everyone has potential within them.
If you choose to go this path, just hang in there it may not work initially as there will be years of junk to be cleared but trust me when you get it, life will be a play.

There were some astonishing stories about the impact our beliefs have on our lives and health, and the authors own story is probably the most remarkable.
I felt I kept wanting to know how you achieve the meditative state etc. But the book went on far too long, making you wait before it gave you the answers.
When it does, there is very little dedicated to the strategies and meditations, which left me yearning a little more.
So my only qualm was the structure of the book, but the content was amazingly insightful.
