The product had a very light feel. The initial string tension was on lower side. Unfortunately it couldn’t survive one racket clash during a doubles play, forcing me to switch back to my old carbonex 6000, hence couldn’t test its performance on high tension that it boasts it could sustain.
Flimsy on durability and strength, would advise regular players to stay away, even professional players can find better rackets if willing to spend higher amounts.
Bought the bat on 20th September and got broken on 29th September (today). Handle broken from racket frame. No physical damages due to human error. Got really disappointed. Not recommended for intermediate+ players
I had a very average badminton racket prior to this one until it got broken. So I decided to get a better one. The racket itself looks good and feels good. It is very light and has a tacky grip. At the beginning I struggled to get used to it and had many many misshits, as I had a very bad timing. This is because the racket is very stiff and the weight balance tricky to get used to it. Because the weight is more towards the grip and the head part is ultralight I needed time to understand this racket. So I want to list pros and contras:
Pro: Backhand shots improved massively (flicking shots are so easy now and I am still impressed how much of improvement a racket can make) Very good handlind Very good for controlled dropshots My smashed improved significantly even though I am not very good at that Fast delivery!
So , I have been playing badminton for 3 years now. I experimented a lot with raquets. - Muscle power (22,29) - Carbonex 6000 and 8000 - voltric 5 and 7 - Most expensive Z force II - Nanoray 9000
Of all the cheapest raquet I bought was Nanoray 9000. I bought it just as an experiment to play with such a light and cheap racket. I was shocked as this was the best racket i ever played with. It gives me so much control and I can change my shots at the last moment. It's durable has lasted so long.. though I take extra care. I have broken all other rackets even z force 2. The strings gave way after 4 months. I replaced with bg66 Ultimax @ 23 lbs. It's just amazing I will highly recommend this. I am very quick player of the court and relies on last moment shot changes to dodge the opponent. Great smashes with wrist because of the light weight at the last moment.
Extremely light in weight. High string tension, sometimes useful and sometimes harmful because of resulting high flight of shuttle. Superb playing experience. Review after playing for a month. Even after racquet clashes about 8 - 10 times not even paint has gone.
