We use this multiple times per week to keep the house clean and overall we’re very happy with it.

Pros:
- Easy to setup.

- Does a great job cleaning wood, tile and carpet.

- Good phone app.

- Cheaper than other brands, but quality and performance is still excellent.

Cons:
- Can give a ‘brush blocked’ error on thicker carpet, but you can use the app to tell it to resume.

- Occasionally gets stuck in difficult areas and you have to go move it.

- Sensors need a wipe from time to time.

Overall it’s a great unit. Having to get up and move the unit a couple times if it gets stuck is still much better than having to vacuum the house manually. Very happy we bought this unit.

Love the robot vacuum, it cleans well, maps the house pretty well and keeps the apartment clean. Perfect little tool for my busy schedule and injury that rendered me unable to vacuum my home. It goes over small steps very well and is relatively quiet when it cleans (quieter than your conventional vacuum).
However, I can't leave it unattended at home to clean for long as the error message 5 (remove and clean the main brush) keeps popping up and the vacuum refuses to move until I've resolved the issue by pressing the power button on the vacuum. It happens at least 5 times over the course of 1 clean and gets quite annoying. When I check the main brush, there isn't anything stuck at all but it just shows the error message. Seller please tell me how to address this issue.
Also, it has gotten stuck under my bed a few times and I've had to manually drive or yank it out from under and set up blockades to stop it from going under. It's getting better after each clean as the robot slowly learns the map of the house.
Overall a very good vacuum with some minor issues.

Very impressive machine. Has been working for 2 weeks now and does a very good & thorough job. Mostly hard floors, but even carpet goes well. No problems with steps, borders, curtains. Only electrical cables seem to be confusing. Haven't bothered downloading the app as it got poor reviews, the screenshots for it show no added functionality, and anyway I am not keen on installing Chinese software in my phone. Overall, very happy.

We bought this after researching this unit and are thrilled with it. We have low carpet/rugs and it cleans beautifully, it did get stuck under our couch, but I ran some sticky tape around the legs and over the gap to stop it from going under there.
It has been running flat out, since we bought it because the kids turn it on and watch it on the app moving around the house.
I'm hoping it keeps performing as well as it has been, we have a dog and it picks up all the dog hair. We haven't had a problem with hair getting jammed in the unit yet, like some other reviews - but its only been two weeks.
You need this in your life!!

Reliable mid range auto vacuum

Having an automatic vacuum is a game changer, especially if you have pets or house mates who refuse to vacuum.
This model seemed to me to be the right mix of features & price.

One year later, it still performs really well. One thing we had to do was tape some paper over its fall sensors, as we have a section of the house with black carpet. I hear the newer model solves this issue.

Great battery, set and forget path planning, efficient pathing and good options for low noise during corona-working-from-home times. Watching its path from the app when at work is a fun novelty.

No complaints to speak of other than the fall sensor issue, I really wouldn't recommend this model for the second story of a house with black carpet, unless you're happy keeping a shoe wall or a child fence at the top of your stairs permanently. Lastly I can't recommend this if you're an enemy of the Chinese government, as the security issues are vast and documented - e.g don't resell this device as it keeps all maps of your house even through factory resets.

Overall 5/5 for my use case, really happy with the purchase.

I have only had this product about a month. I use it every second day. We have a dog hair problem on floors that are wood with some rugs. It picks up most hair and superficial dirt very well. If a lot of dirt is present in one spot then it might not get all. I dont use the app as i am a bit concerned about privacy, but just pushing the “start” button seems to work fine. It works by cleaning an area a few metres square and then moving on to adjoining areas until it has done all linked areas. I love how well it works. However, it has a couple of small problems (which I don’t mind). It doesn’t tell you if the dust catcher is full so it will keep trying to cram stuff in. No big deal unless your dog sheds like a molting sheep. I check it every 15 min or so and empty the catcher. It can get stuck occasionally in smallish spaces, so you might have to hide these by placing an obstacle in the way. It also has a bit of trouble with one rug that has black outlines of squares on it. I think it thinks there are stairs and tries to avoid falling. Overall, no big deal and i am happy with the product. Let’s hope it lasts!

En el anuncio del producto muestran fotos tanto del Vacuum 1 como del Vacuum 2, pero en las descripciones dice que la potencia de succión es de 2000Pa. En un primer momento pensé que tenían fotos de ambos modelos únicamente por hacer publicidad sin más, pero finalmente me he dado cuenta de que no.

Una de las diferencias entre ambos modelos es la potencia de succión, de modo que el Vacuum 1 = 1800Pa y Vacuum 2 = 2000Pa. Pensé que al anunciar que tiene una potencia de 2000Pa te enviarían el modelo Vacuum 2, pero no, me han enviado el modelo Vacuum 1, diciendo que tiene una potencia de 2000Pa.

Me parece un engaño. Espero que modifiquen el anuncio y vendan lo que realmente anuncian.

Este robot en su funcionamiento es muy bueno y un precio mucho más asequible qué otros de marcas más caras como Roomba. Lo puedes manejar desde teléfono móvil ya que se conecta ala red wifi en casa. Incluso lo puedes manejar desde fuera de casa y a través de la aplicación de Xiaomi también te avisa de transcurso de la limpieza o posibles incidencias si se queda atascada. es cómodo si tienes otras cosas Xiaomi en casa ya que se manejan desde la misma aplicación. Es mucho más inteligente que otra otras marcas ya que hace un mapa tu casa realiza un recorrido inteligente en superficie que tengas en casa. Es muy cómodo de limpiar, comparada con la roomba que tenía antes , el cepillo de esta Xiaomi no enreda los pelos largos. Aplicación te avisa de cuando tienes que vaciar el depósito, limpiar los sensores y los cepillos así como cambiar los filtros. Consumo normal es bastante silenciosa, activa el modo Turbo lógicamente hace más ruido pero el modo normal o el modo silencioso son muy silenciosos. Lo peor de la compra fue que venía con un cable con la clavija que no es válido para España pero el servicio técnico de Amazon me descontó el valor de un cable español que también compré en Amazon

Ich benütze dieses Modell jetzt schon seit mehr als 5 Jahren.
Diesen hier habe ich extra nochmal dazugekauft da sich mein Lebensraum um einen Weiteren Stock vergrößert hat. :)

Das Gerät ist echt Super und es macht unaufgefordert seine Job. (wie eingestellt)
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist Mega. Die Ersatzteile wie Bürsten/Filter etc. Sind gut zu finden und kosten nicht die Welt, deutscher Stromstecker und
der Akku hält einige Zeit. 2- 2.5 Stunden. (kommt auf die Saugstärkeneinstellung an)

Der Sauger lässt sich in 4 verschieden Saugstärken einstellen. Er fährt klasse seine Bahnen.
Und durch seinen seitlichen Sensor schützt er Möbel oder Bodentiefe Spiegel, indem er exakt mit dem Abstand der seitlich rotierenden Bürste am Objekt vorbei Fährt.

Auch Treppenhäuser kein Problem durch seinen unten Integrierten Klippensensor erkennt er Abgründe sofort.

Jetz zur App.

App ist verständlich und meines erachtens intuitiv zu bedienen.

Zur Wohnraumgestaltung.

Dünne vertikale stäbe wie zb am Boden entlang gebogene Stuhlbeine mag er nicht. Da rasselt er gerne Drüber. Auch sind erhöhungen wo er mit seiner front drunter kommt doch mit seinem oben liegenden Rotierenden Raumsensor stecken bleibt nicht sehr förderlich. Auch Lampen Ständer die sehr Flach sind sollte man meiden.

Bodentiefe Vorhänge gehen, sind aber auch nicht die Stärken (allgemein solcher roboter) . Da fährt er halt dann nicht hin. Und man muss von Hand nacharbeiten. Auch ein leicht unsicheres Fahrverhalten an dieser stelle, des Roboters ist zu erwarten. Doch er reist ihn nicht runter :D

Also alles in einem objekte die flacher sind wie seine untere Kante und objekte die nicht höher sind wie seine obere kante inkl Raumsensor.

Mit Teppiche aber hat er keine Probleme. Wenn er ihn erkannt hat. Nimmt er Anlauf und katapultiert sich hoch.

Wie man vill liest ich find ihn klasse. Und er Erleichtert mir persönlich eine menge Arbeit.

Auch wenige Stunden nach dem putzen wird er fündig.
Es gibt scheinbar keine Stelle die ausgelassen wird und er reinigt super zuverlässig.

Manko ist das kein Magnet band als virtuelle wall dabei ist und die App die virtuelle wall bei dem Sauger nicht zum einzeichnen ist.

Er ist je nach saugleistung etwas lauter als andere Roboter was der Qualität jedoch keinen Abbruch tut.
