Received the item in good condition. Clean box, item is covered in plastic and manuals are included to guide you in using the device and how to link to your smart phone. The weighing scale works immediately and doesn't take much time to lock in the weight. The weight is also recorded immediately to the phone app in 2-3 seconds.

The iPhone Mi Fit app is also good and provides body report. I'm not really sure how accurate the report is but it's good to know these information about your body and provides guides on where to improve.

Overall a good product and would recommend to others.

If you are just looking for a scale that tells you your weight, these scales do an OK job. If you want relatively accurate body composition data, then I would suggest you look at other options.
After using this product and then getting a proper 'Inbody' scan and also comparing against a friends "Huawei Body Fat" scales. It was clear that the Xiaomi Mi Smart Scale body composition data was well off where I would expect it to be.
Sadly, has been a regrettable purchase.

Weight works immediately of course but i seem to be incredibly unstable or something because I seem to not stand still long enough to get the extra info sent to the app.

Also works with Amazfit's "Zepp" app (they make the Xiaomi scales and smart bands) but you first have to use an older version to register the scales, i used v4.5.3 of the amazfit apk. then uninstalled it and installed the latest Zepp.

Alcune recensioni quasi me ne scoraggiavano l’acquisto, ma l’ho ordinata comunque. Sono soddisfattissimo! Chi ne parla male, evidentemente non sa cos’è un impedenziometro, ma soprattutto non sa quanto influenzabili siano le rilevazioni della bilancia...
Ho confrontato le rilevazioni con quelle di un impedenziometro professionale: la bilancia fa molto bene il suo dovere.
Bisogna: salirci a piedi nudi; vestiti leggeri (magari in pigiama) perché le cosce non devono toccarsi e le braccia non devono toccare il corpo; bisogna pesarsi al mattino appena alzati e bisogna stare in buona salute (febbre o ipotermia alterano il responso); non bisogna pesarsi immediatamente dopo il bagno o la doccia e non bisogna pesarsi subito dopo un’intensa attività fisica.
La piacevole sorpresa è stata che i dati raccolti dalla bilancia me li ritrovo elencati anche nell’app Salute di iPhone!
Se devo trovarle un difetto, allora l’app Mi fit poteva essere concepita meglio: non è molto intuitiva.

Allora la costruzione è ben fatta, l'estetica è altrettanto bella, ma le misurazioni son totalmente errate! Ad esempio la massa grassa è eccessivamente sballata! Misurandola con il plicometro son all'8% con la bilancia risulto essere all'22% una discrepanza fuori di tanto dall'accettabile! Inoltre ho potuto verificare questa cosa anche con altre 2 bilance dei miei amici.
Va bene fare un prodotto economico, ma se poi deve dare valori totalmente a caso che senso ha?
Inoltre se fate caso nessuna persona che ha recensito bene il prodotto, ha verificato che i valori siano corretti.

Je fais du sport 6 fois par semaine. Natation. Course à pied. Crossfit depuis maintenant 7 ans.

Mes abdos sont voyants même si il y a un peu de gras sur le ventre.

La balance m’indique un surpoids, m’indique une graisse viscérale à 13 ce qui est beaucoup et m’indique qu’il faudrait que je descende en dsssous de 10.

J’ai une taille de 86 CM. Donc comment je peux avoir autant de graisse viscérale avec une taille aussi fine et le ventre plat ?

Il m’indique 62 kilos de muscle. Et 23% de graisse en me disant que c’est beaucoup qu’il faudrait que je descende.

Ils sont sérieux ou quoi ? C’est totalement faussé ! Quand j’étais allé chez mon médecin il y a deux ans il m’avait dit environ 13% de masse graSSE

Et j’ai évolué encore en deux ans alors cette balance a tout faux. Je vais la donner

Ho scelto questa bilancia per sostituire una vecchia di marca OK, che non funzionava male, ma mangiava letteralmente le pile a bottone che la facevano funzionare, attirato dalla marca e dal nome ho optato per lei...
Appena aperto il pacco sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso, la bilancia si presenta davvero bella e solida, elegante con il contrasto tra acciaio degli elettrodi e il vetro, per non parlare del display che non si vede per nulla finche' non entra in funzione e si illumina.
Preciso che ho comprato la bilancia principalmente per avere dei valori di riferimento della composizione corporea.
Ho provato a pesarmi e a fare diverse prove, per quanto riguarda la funzione di bilancia e' perfetta, calcola il peso in maniera esatta ed accurata, fino a definire le differenze di 50 grammi e fin qui ero davvero contento... Dopodiche' ho installato l'app "Mi Fit" come consigliato ed ho registrato la bilancia, pochi secondi ed e' stata subito riconosciuta, ho impostato i miei dati personali ed ho provato le misurazioni. In un primo momento ero contento, i miei dati erano piu' o meno in linea e potevano risultare corretti, se non fosse che un mio collega, mi ha chiesto di provarla prima di fare lui stesso l'acquisto e qui sono arrivati i problemi.
Il nostro peso e' simile, ma sua struttura fisica e' molto atletica, sta attento a dieta ed esercizio fisico e si portava dei valori diversi dai miei, bene per la Mi Body eravamo praticamente uguali.
A questo punto ho fatto prove aumentando "artificialmente" il mio peso e l'unico valore che continuava a cambiare era solo il grasso corporeo e viscerale, da questo ne ho dedotto che gli elettrodi molto probabilmente non sono cosi' precisi nelle misurazioni.
Molto probabilmente calcolano solo un paio di valori e ricavano gli altri tramite formula matematica non tenendo conto della vera composizione fisica.
Sono rimasto davvero deluso da questo, mi aspettavo una misurazione reale di tutti i valori.

PRO:
Bella e solida
Precisa nella misurazione del peso fino ai 50 grammi

CONTRO:
Funzione impedenziometrica inutile (in quanto i valori vengono ricavati solo da formula)
Mancanza di pile in dotazione

Se cercate solo una bilancia fatevi avanti, altrimenti lasciate perdere.
