I don't know where to begin. I haven't actually read this, because it forced me to 1. click on amazon.com.au in order to download it. When I did so, I found I was locked out of amazon.com, where I'd been buying loads of stuff for YEARS. Then to add insult to injury,
I received an email from Amazon Kindle Household telling me I had 'withdrawn' from it and now my husband can no longer share my kindle content.
I am sure this is a fine book, but I feel it has been used to force me off Amazon.com and onto the far less attractive and much more limited options available on amazon.com.au.
Advice to kindle users: do not buy books that require you to click on the Australian amazon website. You will lose all your kindle privileges, as I have done.

Why did buying this book force me out of Amazon.com and onto the very limited Australian site forever?Reviewed in Australia on 14 February 2015
