Eshu Martin is the best Zen teacher I've ever heard, his talks are always fantastic and he is an eloquent speaker. Be sure to listen to his talk about Mumon's Case 21, I laughed and laughed.

Having studied Buddhism (various schools), for 12+ years now, & having heard all the major well known teachers speak, all I can tell you is get this podcast. The teachings are sound, practical, disturbing when necessary, and often humorous. Even if your particular interests aren't in the Zen approach, I strongly encourage anyone interested in the Dharma & meditation to check this out. He's a very knowledgeable guy and quite engaging. Seriously! Give this podcast a listen.
