This is my life journey. I share how I got into unhealty habits, poor mental and physical health, workplace stress and burnout and how I overcame them to become healthy, happy and well. I detail my upbringing and how it took me years to shake the habits that which were ingrained upon me in my youth that led me to thinking that happiness came from working hard and making money, inevitably taking me to thoughts of suicide. I lost touch with my real self and what was really important. In the book I detail how I changed and give readers tools and maps to transition their own lives and reclaim our most important asset, our wellbeing.
