Product Description

Clover Webster and Malcolm Mason are trying to overcome insurmountable odds: Lifelong secrets plaguing both families. The failed, bitter romance between their eldest born. The ghosts of their deceased spouses. Most importantly, the addiction that taints everything it touches. Will Malcolm and Clover be able to forge an unbreakable bond in order to traverse this landmine of a blended family?

Widow is book #3 in the Blended Series, the sequel to Good Girl. Not suitable for younger readers: 18 +. Contemporary romance involving sensual, erotic themes. Prepare for a roller coaster ride of emotions: devastating loss, the mourning of death, the renewal of hope, the awakening of love, the unexpected humor of watching one’s loved ones fall down, get back up, and dust themselves off. Blended is the chaotic calamity of everyday life.

Widow is the story of Clover Webster and Malcolm Mason.

Erica Chilson is the Queen of perspectives. Good Girl (book 1) is told entirely from Willow's point of view so we go into reading Widow with pre-conceived ideas of Malcolm and particularly Clover.

It doesn't take long for our ideas of Clover and her marriage to her late husband Sam to be obliterated. As we learn how the marriage was from Clover's point of view the addition of Malcolm's point of view changes our image yet again. It will crush your heart.

The coming together with Clover and Malcolm is a wonderful story. Full of love, heart ache, loss, regret, joy, passion and growth. Be prepared to want to yell at your e-reader, for a lot of tears and lots of smiles. I just wanted to crawl into their world and never leave.

The steamy scenes in Widow felt very different to what Erica has written in the past. They are very sensual and loving and intimate.

I love that the story is not just about Clover and Malcolm but also about their family and friends. Widow is a complete story and the characters three dimensional and real and nobody is perfect. Erica has given us more insight into other characters in the book making me long for the next book in the series. And the ending - OH MY GOD!!! Amazing.

Widow is easily the best book I've read in 2014 and one of the best have ever read. I can't recommend Widow highly enough.

It took me a day or so to write this review. As I posted on me FB page, mind blown.... too much awesomeness! Widow was utterly amazing! Erica is a phenomenal writer. Her characters are so complex and their development throughout not only the book, but the series is outstanding. There is never fluff or filler in her books.

I never expected to like Clover and certainly not Malcolm. Well, I have learned to expect the unexpected with Erica. I <3 them and respect them as individuals, partners and parents.

Can't wait to see what happens next!

Another Readgasm. This book picks up where the first left off. Chief Malcolm Mason and Clover Prynne's romance. In the last book we learned Willow and her cohorts (Seth, Violet, and the Mason Family) trying to get over on Clover by hooking her up with Chief Malcolm Mason.
Let's just say the kids are not getting over on Momma Bear. Malcolm and Clover are beautifully getting over on the kids. I might say they did a splendid job in the first stage of blending the families together. At the same time growing a lot as parents. The Widow and Widower have a hot and steamy romance. I felt I became Pregnant reading their encounters.

Has enough little mysteries to keep you guessing through the development of the relationship between the Widow (Clover) and the Widower (Malcolm) that for a moment you doubt just a little if they will take that leap. The next page you are then put at ease with all the little details a love story needs to have a happily ever after.
Its just amazing.

Pick this book up today...if you feel there won't be enough of our favorite young adults guess again it sets up their next story wonderfully. The ending of this books has you wanting to bribe the author to get it out immediately. I devoured this book like so many others of her books in one day.

WoW, she's done it again weaved a tale with depth, intrigue, twists, turns and then add the sex, it's everything I hoped it would be and more.
Erica's character me come from her brilliant mind but I always feel like a voyeur into her secret life. She writes as though she is sitting in the middle of this outrageous soap opera, I love being drawn into her written world.
I want to tell you so much about this but I won't spoil it for you the reader. It's a love story for two people who were left behind by their first foolish loves. I won't say they are jaded but they do bare scares and wounds that are slow to heal.
They have so much to overcome but have overcome so much. They are both the strong to the others weakness and are on their way to being the yin and yang for each other. I know this seems repetitive but it's all I can do to but to words how great they will/are for each other.
This is a series that you will fall in love with, I know I am.
Great job again Erica Chilson!

I love, love, love this story with all these characters. Malcolm and Clover are the best and I'm happy for them and both getting the happiness they deserve. I couldn't even think how it would b to be Malcom when he was younger. He turned into a caring, protective, loving, and passionate man. Clover and what she went through with Sam....insane...I don't think I would be as strong as her the way her husband treated her and how me had others treat her. I can't wait for the next one and excited to read more on all of them. I hope the next is just as long....I love long reads.
