The understanding of Wholality™ is explained in an incredibly accessible way through original metaphors, simple language, fun and revealing drawings and excellent personal examples that bind the various understandings together into 'a simple understanding.' A task of this proportion, writing about something so necessary and empowering, and guiding us on how we too can do it, would seem like a mammoth task to those who are unskilled in connecting with themselves and connecting with others. However, luckily for us, this is Jules and Rudi's 'superpower,' they have a natural, innate, spontaneous ability to connect within, and to connect with others, to explain these incredible, life-changing concepts as if they were standing there before us, pointing the way. Internalising the meaning of what they are saying seems to happen naturally, the ah ha moments come immediately, quietly and simply. Be prepared for big, spontaneous grins to break out, while reading, at the relief and joy in what Jules and Rudi are saying. This is the magic of how they tell it. I’ve read every self help book, believe me I’m quite the connoisseur. I found here with this book that I didn’t just hear a message, although Jules and Rudi eloquently tell their stories, with a truth and honesty that’s so raw, but I felt it. I was able to find a deeper hearing, that touched my very souls, inducing a remembering, a knowing that I’m ok. I’m ok, I’m allowed to be me. There are no times, no moments in my life when I’m not ok. It’s a coming home to a realisation, a deeper understanding that I can experience anything and still know, beware of a feeling, an understanding that even though it might not seem like it, I’m ok. The book shows you in both word and diagrams just how this is. Not just through their story but through our story when we look at it too. They help you see and feel through their own stories that we are always whole and complete, one in an ever evolving, expanding , retracting universe.
