Now that I have replaced my very old BBQ with a Weber Spirit 2 E320, I've come to realise barbequeing is far more than a sheet of iron resting on side bricks with driftwood burning underneath on an isolated beach. What's important about this book is that is is written by a genuine chef and experienced barbequer who knows his stuff. The softcover book is printed on art paper and is lavishly illustrated.
