BUYER BEWARE IT WILL CRACK YOUR SCREEN

Please beware that the product might crack your screen. It is installed on my laptop, as your can see from the photos. It is installed very close to the edge as it is where the camera. The item is made of hard metal and act as pressure point between the screen and the laptop when close. When i pick up the laptop the first time after this item was installed, i have picked up the laptop along the edge where this product was installed. It cracked the screen as all the pressure was on the camera cover and in transfer the force to the edge of the screen and cracked it. I had try to explain this to the seller, but they will not listen, just blame it on my poor installation. i strongly disagree, as you can see, installing this item is pretty straightforward.
PLEASE ADVOID. Cheap product, expensive damage.

Item is as described. Sticks well to a clean surface. Its got a very low profile so there wasn't any obstruction or gaps when I close the the lid of my Macbook with this stuck over the camera (image attached to this review).

I have it now covering the cameras of two laptops and one PC. It may even be suitable on a phone that has a wide notch or a bezel as it is almost not noticeable with a black surrounding.

Rating only 4 stars because, cheap as it is, I still feel like 8 tiny pieces of plastic shouldn't be priced more than $4

I used this to cover the camera lens on my laptop, on my smartphone, and on my iPad (front-facing). Easy to apply - just peel off the protective plastic film on the back and press the adhesive side in place on your device. I did originally have one on the rear-facing camera of my phone, but I had just stuck it on the phone case rather than the phone, and it came off while I was out and about. The others have all stayed in place and easily slide open and closed to do the trick effectively for a tiny price. Have recommended to others and would happily purchase again (though a pack of 8 covers your bases well!).

Self adhesive, easy to install but recommend doing it with the camera on. On my desktop it took a couple of tries to position it so it wasn't blocking the lens when 'open'.
Easy to open and close, if you can find it :-) (black on black - hard to see).
