Fantastic book, very well written- it definitely had interest for me as one of the characters was a GP with some interaction with patients.

Intriguing British Mystery with complex plotReviewed in the United States on 13 November 2008
Priscilla Masters is at her best in the complex story with multiple subplots. The language is clean and crisp and the pages seem to fly. The characters are new, but very well presented and it is easy to feel empathy. The portrayal of the French woman Claudine was "spot -on." I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves British mysteries. Masters is a wonderful author for readers who like Rendell, D.P. James, Margaret Murphy, Nicci French and others. The psychological suspense is extremely well done. What happens next? I hope there is a sequel.
