I told myself I wasn't going to read this. I told myself that I don't like bully RH. I also once (or like two dozen times) told myself that I wouldn't eat an entire block of chocolate in one sitting. I'm good at lying to myself.

I read this. I loved this. I loved a bully RH and I'm just grateful that in real life I'm too, well me, to let anyone treat me like that (passive I may be, but tolerant I am not)... I loved reading Davi's journey and seeing her come into herself. I hated the prejudice of the other supes and how they treated her, I loved how the relationships progressed and I loved those darn Paragons. I did struggle with the last few chapters for some reason, but I loved the ending and hope we get to see more of their future (I'm imagining babies with a certain reptilian ability and colouring).

Now to figure out if I actually like bully RH or if it's just Kennedy and June's amazing writing abilities that lured me to the dark side.

RH standalone! I was a little worried about this book when I first started as how can a bully romance with bullies redeem themselves in only one book but after the first 5% I was sold. This book is so good! The bullying isn’t obviously mean but isn’t rushed either and it all came together nicely at the end. I’m glad there was a 2 months later and an epilogue as it really tied up the story perfectly. I really love this!

I really enjoyed the writing, it was well written and entertaining. It was just too short.

You're building a world, and introducing us to multiple main characters, you need to build that world and those characters and it sadly falls short of the mark and made the book feel rushed.

With bully romance, there really needs to be more of a redemption arc, otherwise the MC comes across as a victim.

There was such potential, such good writing, just needed to be more fleshed out.

I could not put it down and waited until I had a quiet weekend to read all in one sitting as I don't think my family would survive the carnage if they interrupted me. I loved this book so much I cried and cheered and sighed along with the characters. If you want well drawn characters, a fantastic plot, great pace, one-click this now!. My only issue was that it had to end as the authors only planned to write one story! I want, no, I NEED them to write more!!
