Another enjoyable Gemma Halliday story, although I prefer her High Heels series of books. This one is about 4 friends living and working in Las Vegas and their relationships with each other and their partners.
Ms Halliday's books are very readable because they are light even in the heavy bits.

Gemma Halliday's Most Mature BookReviewed in the United States on 21 October 2013
The thing that sets this book apart from Gemma Halliday's other wonderful and fun mystery novels is that each of the characters matures over the course of the book. Not only that, the plot lines of each of the four main characters intertwine and come together in an unexpected and meaningful way for each character. I really enjoyed this book and hope she writes more like this.

Do you have a lot of stress in your life??Reviewed in the United States on 6 December 2012
This book was great for me. I am in a doctoral program, work full time, and have 2 small children. The five minutes a day of downtime I had, I filled with this book. I was an easy read and didn't stir too many emotions. There is an ex showgirl turned suburban housewife who deals with an internal confidence and lack of identity which was refreshing to watch her work through.

Anything by Gemma Halliday so far has been that perfect vacation read. Good plots. Fun quirks and a fast read that you don't have to have a diagram for characters. Very entertaining. Makes you want more.
