Too simplistic. Almost like a religious tract - "I Was an Atheist Until I Died" - and complete with a little sermon from Mary Baker Eddy. It's misleading to say these are stories of people who "returned from the dead". At least one of the cases had the same kind out of body experience that people who never even came close to dying have had, but merely were extremely frightened by something or had a shock of some kind.
If one has never read before about near death experiences, this might be a starter book, but then one ought to move on to more objective writings. On the other hand, if one desperately needs to believe there is a "heaven" and continuation of one's ego after death, books like this will be a great comfort.
