5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic end to a awesome series. 2 June 2017

Can I give this book 10 Stars?! I should be able to it's that good! This was the last book of this series. I read this book over a coupe of days. I knew that this was the last book and I wanted to prolong the inevitable I guess. I love this world and I am soo sad to see it go. I have grown to love these characters and wanted them to have a PERFECT send off. All I can say is the author hit it out of the ballpark. She thought of everything. All is explained. Ivy, Jack, Solas, CASSIE and Becky lol, Alice, Eric, So many more... All of these characters are some of my favorite of all times. I hope the author will re visit them in the future. All 3 of these books are very well written and are fantastic. Grab this series, it's totally worth it.
5.0 out of 5 stars You do not want to miss this!! 3 June 2017

I love the Helio trilogy it's one of my favorite PNR series of all time. Now most of us are either divided into team Jack or Solas and all I can say about that ending is... you'll have to buy the book to find out 😉 Even though The heroine didn't pick my swoon worthy choice *cough* it was still an amazing read! If you've read books 1 and 2 of the Helio trilogy pick up the third now!
5.0 out of 5 stars Wow factor 4 June 2017

This trilogy was one you can't put down until you turn the last page. This third book was just as great as the first two. The struggle between good and evil is so real you are immersed in it. I am a little sad sad Ivy didn't end up with who I wanted her to pick but true love prevails. I am a lot sad that I have finished the book. I need more. Great job Valerie.
5.0 out of 5 stars EPIC READ!! 3 June 2017
By Crystal - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
This book/series is epic! Parts of it went exactly how I wanted it to go like who Ivy chose and I wasn't really sure how I wanted the rest of it to go but it was perfect. Author Valerie Roeseler has done with this plot line what no other author has successfully done. Vermilion Horizon ended awesome in my opinion. I'm excited to see what she writes next.

Prologue and Prophecy- When Light meets Darkness in the illusion of captivation, a being of Divine creation will emerge with the mark of Death. The scales will shift in the wake of their trials. Darkness will cloud their path, yet their strength will surpass the evil within. Blood will fall from the sky, tremors will crack the ground, and The Creator’s children will weep in fear. All will know the coming of the Horsemen for their enemy. The final battle will be fought on corpse-riddled earth. The only hope for humanity will face both the iniquities of Sheol and the relentless truth that victory cannot be achieved unaided. The end of the end will come, and the wind will whisper the warrior’s name on a vermilion horizon; Teloch.

I was given a copy of this book under no obligations.
5.0 out of 5 stars but her greatest fight is whether she can hold the battle lines ... 4 June 2017
By kindle user - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I didn't want to read this, for the simple reason I knew it was the last. I have not felt this way about another series since Harry Potter.
The first two were epic in the world building class of Valerie. The thirds scope is taken to another level befitting a story of this nature. A new take on the four horseman of the apocalypse.
Ivy battles forces on a world scale, but her greatest fight is whether she can hold the battle lines steady, when she doesn't know who to trust.
Her heart is torn in more ways than one. This story will grip you unlike many can. Leave you begging for more and then exhilarate and crush you by the end. A sweeping saga comes to a close, and the book world is now the poorer for it.
Thank you for a story I'll never forget
