DisappointingReviewed in the United States on 26 December 2010
It's a Western without cowboys or gun play but that's okay. The characters are well-developed and I got to like them and care for the hero and the other the good people, both men and women. They suffer tremendously under evil men and a lot of terrible injustices, something that made me anxious for the "vengeance" that was yet to come. The bad news is that the hero wimps out and there isn't much justice. The evil men leave the story somewhat chastened and one assumes that they suffer bad consequences but the story doesn't mention it.
