I ordered this product and I wanted to use this for daisy chaining it to my other monitor using the described display port in the product information. I looked this product on Asus's official website and they say the VA22HR only has HDMI and D-sub ports. This is false advertising.

Power/standby LED hidden from view

I power off my monitor when I leave for the weekend. I also use the LED to help indicate if my computer is off or on standby. Unless I put my head on my desk, I cannot see the power LED so I have no idea if it is off or on standby. An indicator only works if you can see it! The buttons and menu are very awkward as well. Revised day 3, tried another monitor. This Asus monitor has a better picture. Crisp and clear compared to competitor. I hate the buttons, menu and status LED but I love the screen. I guess I will be putting my head on the desk to see the status LED!

The monitor is worth 4 stars but I give 2 stars because I got a problem with the image resolution... When I open a youtube video in full screen, I got some kind of lag when the video play and I don't know how to resolve this... but when it's rasterized everything is good. I try all the wire that come with the screen and nothing change... same when I swipe a page up and down I got some kind of lag in the screen resolution... I will check for help online but it's the first time I experience this much trouble setting a monitor... I had my computer with a 42'' screen Samsung before buying this and I got no problem at all.

Overall the screen is beautiful
Price is good 175$
Poor rating because it's very complicated to set

J'avais peur un peu à cause de la résolution 1920 x 1080 mais c'est vraiment parfait pour mes besoins (je fais du graphisme et des rendus 3D) Les couleurs sont très bonne (mieux que mon portable) et l'ajustement possible est bien aussi. Le pied est solide, stable et assez petit pour mon petit bureau.

Monitor is great for what I needed.
Agreed with others that it does not rotate the full 90 degree as advertised. So if you want to use it portrait, you will have to get another stand or crane/arm.
Other than that, the picture quality is great. I mostly bought it for the bluelight/night time filter, and it did not disappoint. It's also adjustable.
There are other features, which are a slight bonus, but does not make or break it the purchase (i.e. HDMI and VGA support, built in speakers)
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
