Product Description

Eleven. A name. A title. A sentence passed. If you aren’t beautiful, you're less than a person, and you only have so many chances to qualify as a human being.

In her seventeen years, Eleven has seen the best and worst in humanity. She’s been passed around and abused by the bad. She’s hoped and dreamed for the good. And she’s despaired for the hand she’s been dealt. Now she’s been purchased by a wealthy man who has the ability to improve her life and help her become a Beauty – if she can put up with his erratic and controlling personality for long enough, that is. Complicating things is the appearance of a stunningly beautiful young man with amethyst eyes who treats Eleven to the rarest form of attention for a Potential: kindness.

Does Eleven trust her powerful owner to help her escape this life of servitude and enslavement, or does she gamble everything on the enigmatic young man who seems to offer her more than she could ever imagine possible?

Untitled Beauty is a YA dystopian novel that forces readers to ask if we're really so far away from a society where only beauty matters. Author C.E. Wilson has watched every episode of The Twilight Zone and it shows in her writing.

Buy Untitled Beauty today to read a romance where love that isn't skin deep is forbidden unless you're beautiful.

Uniquely refreshing. I highly recommend Untitled Beauty. I loved the imagination that sparked the premise of what can happen when Beauty is worshiped above all else.

4.0 out of 5 stars Untitled Beauty 24 October 2016

Wow! What an interesting story. What would happen if we were judged by our looks? I mean if our total existence depended on if we were beautiful or not?

I felt so many things as I was reading Untitled Beauty. As an African-American I could understand Grace's pain, hurt and sorrow. She felt insignificant because she did not meet a certain standard of society. Grace desired to be like those who were considered better, beautiful and powerful. And she simply didn't want to hurt anymore.

This story has so many deep layers. It is what I call an in your face, no holds barred type of story. It's a story that reveals how evil and wicked it is to judge someone based on looks, skin color and ethnicity. When Grace mentioned that she had to carry papers around it took my mind back to things I have read about the Holocaust and slavery. The things that she had to endure made me wonder about people who are being held as slaves today. What about all the young girls and boys who are someone's slave because of human trafficking?

Reese reminded me of an Abolitionist. He sacrificed his safety to give her the freedom she needed. But, it is easy to do that when you walked in a person shoes, when you have compassion for those around you, when you are not caught up in yourself and when you can recognize the evil of judging someone based off of someone's warped perception of beauty.

Great story!

5.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic book!! 14 October 2016

I thought why not give this book a try and see if maybe it would be something in interested in. I was honestly blown away! I felt at much while reading this book. I felt like how could a society be made upon these beliefs?!?! Everything she went through just to prove she is better then what she was rate was sad and pitiful. No one deserved this type of treatment. Yet, no matter what she pushed forward. I couldn't put the book down because I had to know what was going to happen next. I had to know whether or not she'd earn her freedom. I was torn so much as to everything that happened. I honestly even cried! This is a perfect book to keep you wanting more. I've never read anything by this author until I read Untitled Beauty. Even though its a stand alone, I'd love to see more of each character and more happily ever afters!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic book 14 October 2016

I really enjoyed this book.
Eleven (aka Grace) lives in a world that holds beauty over everything. When you are born you are given a number, The higher the number the more things are open to you. You are judged 5 times in your life. If you have a low number then you are considered to be wild animals. You are a slave.
Eleven was a 18 at one time, but she dropped down to a 11. So she is considered a rarity, a in-between.
This story of how Eleven, Became something more.
This was a fantastic story from C.E. Wilson. I really love her books. She draws me into her stories, and I feel like i'm there.
Everyone should grab this book! It's awesome.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great writing, hated the story itself. 15 October 2016

Sooo, I really wanted to like this book. It has great reviews, but the whole point of the story is pretty much horrible. The good is much stronger than the bad though, so 4 stars it is.

PROS: The writing is excellent. The world-building is believable. The story flows well. The overall idea that people aren't people until someone tells them they are is interesting. I very much like the fact that the story is well edited.

CONS: Pretty much every character is two-dimensional. Nobody feels like a real person to me, including the main characters. The back story comes out of nowhere. The fear of weird far-off threats that don't come into fruition seems gratuitous. I hate the idea of needing someone to free you, and the ending of this rankles the feminist in me to no end.

I will definitely read a different series by C.E. Wilson- she writes incredibly well and I would like to see what other ideas she comes up with.
5.0 out of 5 stars It was just... amazing! 7 January 2017

Oh my! What can I say other than.... Breathless. That is what this book made me. It was a terrific read that I find--in the future--I will read once more. The love Reese has for Grace is just overwhelming. So much so, he goes to great lengths in order to keep her close. It's so heart-wrenching, and timeless I found myself gasping for breath whenever they were near each other. This is a reversal on the stereotypical world that we live in. And I thought, sincerely, that this book was going to be just another "Beauty and the Beast" tale. However, what I got in return for reading this author's novel is so much more. There are many trials that we face in this life, and without love, we wouldn't be able to survive. It takes a true person to love after everything they've been through. And Reese and Grace's love will stay in my heart for a long time to come. I truly loved this book, and I will be looking into C.E Wilson's other novels. I'm sure they will be just as amazing as this one was.
