Wow, what an action packed and super steamy book. Full of surprises and heat between Alex and Evie. Alex and Evie are a married couple, and both of them are hiding secret lives as spies. One is a famous interrogator and the other is an assassin. Quite surprising which one is which. They learn of the other's secret when they are both sent after the same target, but with them having different objectives it will be interesting to see the outcome.
Really enjoyed reading this.

Alex and Evie had quite a whirlwind courtship which led to a happy and fulfilling four year marriage. Unbeknownst to them, they are both undercover agents for the government and were quite notorious and revered in their individual field amongst their peers. Then can you imagine their shock, when their mission collided and they came face to face with each other? Their individual reactions were too cute especially when they realized their individual code names...that was beyond hilarious. In deciding to pool their resources together to catch a snitch who had sensitive and deadly information that could spur irreparable damage to secret agents and the agency itself, their lifes are endangered and their love is put to the ultimate test.
Will they be able to overcome their fears of the unknown about each other, as well as smoke out the threat to everyone?
There was just something about this book I didn't really connect with. It's pretty much just like the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
--couple meets, has a whirlwind courtship, marries, then years later discover the other has been hiding a secret.--
Alex and Evie were both great strong characters, I actually loved the fact that even though both hid this other part of who they were from each other not once did they doubt each other's love.
So why only 3 stars? We kept getting teased that maybe Alex and Evie's bosses knew about the other were trying to out their secrets, but it was never mentioned. You would think that having someone working for Alex like Martin, who can seem to hack ANYTHING he would've been able to find out about Evie.? Also I get that the author was trying to make Alex a caveman alpha male, but the way he hovered over Evie while on their mission, he should know would put her in more danger than what she was in. She's been an assassin for years, she can take care of herself.
