To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I love Ivy's books and this one was no different. I was hooked straight away and couldn't put it down. I love Summer's strength to end things despite her feelings for Evers and how his smoothness disappears when he's with her... Excellent characters (always like it when the ones from previous books make an appearance) and fabulous continued story line as the plot thickens; can't wait for more!

Love the Sinclair’s, love the Winter’s and love this new series
Reviewed in Canada on 21 November 2018Verified Purchase
Five big stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - if I could I’d give more. Ivy is one of my favourite authors. I read about 250 books or more a year and Ivy is in my top 5. I have enjoyed every series from her Alpha Billionaire’s Club to her 10 book series titled Scandals of the Bad Boy Billionaires Ivy’s books are a treat. Unraveled is the beginning of a brand new series and I can’t wait to read the next of her Untangled Series. This book is about Summer and Evers Sinclair. They had a “casual” thing going on until she found out he was was investigating her father. Suddenly, she felt used and wondered if nothing was true. Summers has the same last name as the Winter’s clan and Ever’s has always protected them and he’s not sure where Summer’s fit. Is she just looking to collect a big cash payment? So this series is connected to the Winter’s books and I love that. YI highly recommend and I am sure you will then go on to read her Scandals series or Ivy has a 3 book box set entitled The Alpha Billionaire Club Trilogy. I am sure you will become not only a fan but hooked.

Who? What? How? Why? When???
Reviewed in the United States on 8 April 2019Verified Purchase
The book is the "love" story of Evers Sinclair and Summer Winters.
This is supposed to be a standalone novel. However, if you have not read the novels in the Alpha Billionaire Club series and those in the Scandals of the Bad Boy Billionaires series, the characters in this book leave you with lots of questions. There's almost backstory for the characters. You have no idea who the Winters are, or how they're related to the Sinclairs. The relationship of Summer to the Winters was glossed over and didn't explain why they were so eager to meet her. It seems the Winters and Sinclairs grew up together and the Sinclair's father was engaged in some devious business that hurt both families. Who??? What?? How??? Why???
Summer's father was somehow involved with the enemies of the Sinclairs and Winters. He was self-serving, underhanded and would throw anyone under the bus, including Summer, to get what he wanted. How could Summer be so deceived by her father for so long? Why didn't Summers mother tell her the truth about her dad?
Finally, how could Evers and Summer be so in love with each other and only see other periodically for two years. Then, in less than a month, they're so in love with each other that would give up their lives for each other. The book was full of their sexual escapades which took up at least half of the book. It wasn't lovemaking or even sensual sex, just sex, sex and more sex - trite and boring. Evers was overly dramatic in his love for Summers. She forgave him so easily for investigating her while pretending their relationship was something it wasn't.
The mystery the Sinclair's were investigating which they thought Summer was involved in was the most interesting part of the book. Still, the plot was underdeveloped.
Of all of the books I've read (all of the Scandals of the Bad Boy Billionaires series) by Ms. Ivy, this was the worse. For some reason I can't rate it lower than 3 stars in spite of the bad sex. I don't think anyone who has not read some of the Scandals series would enjoy the book.

Another mediocre book. 2018 has been a year of mediocre books for me. I did not find the story interesting or exciting. Evers was attractive and sexy but not enough to be on a book boyfriend list. Forgettable story and forgettable characters. Just your average romance book. You certainly will not want to read it again.

I barely slept because I had to read this to the end! Another amazing book about Evers Sinclair and Summer Winters love story.
Also mixed in is trying to uncover the Maxwell Sinclair mystery. The only issue I have with this book is waiting for the next one to be released! I’m really interested in trying to understand why Maxwell faked his death and all the other mysterious things that are happening!!!!! Thank you Ivy Layne you do such an amazing job sucking me in and escaping into your characters!
