How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I loved this bite-sized little nugget of Carla Caruso goodness. I thought it was beautifully put together, a compendium of some common superstitions and some clever ways around them. A romance hiding in a series of articles brought to life by more of her likeable characters. Reading this made me feel good, what more can I say?

Super superstitious reporter Raffy has had a tough trot. Left at the alter after her ex-fiance saw her in her wedding gown only enforced the paranoia that’s been instilled in her from the day she was born. Her mother is challenging and Raffy forges ahead in the name of a story to confront her fears. Things would be easier if her standoffish cameraman wasn’t so damned attractive.
Carla has a wonderful way of packing so much into this sweet short story. Having read Carla’s previous work, I know there will be bucket loads of tension, some great giggles while we see a new romance emerge.

A great book to have in your purse or on your phone for those times when you just want to chill and there's not enough time to do what probably needs to be done or there's too much time to do nothing.

Gorgeous little light-hearted story with a few little surprises and quirks. Read it to while away a lazy Sunday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and thoroughly recommend!
