I was absolutely hooked right from the start, despite the fact that it was not even close to what I was expecting when I first chose it to read. So many twists and turns, my heart broke and mended so many times. Cassidy is by far one of my favourite male lead characters ever.
I adore books with a little bit of suspense and mystery, but what set this one apart from the rest was that I didn’t for a second see it coming.
A truly spectacular read, and my new favourite Katy Regnery book!
Unloved by Katy Regnery is an amazing and touching story of two people finding healing and forgiveness together. It's a very unconventional love story that had me tearing up with my heart breaking and wishing for Brynn and Cassidy's HEA more and more as I turned the pages. What can I say about Cassidy! all his life he had been punished by his father's sins it broke my heart and Brynn was such a strong and intelligent heroine. I loved that she never once gave up on Cassidy even when he had.
A truly beautifully flawed love story by one of my favourite authors!
This is a really special story, and as always the author's description of the book's setting just makes me want to find a way to travel there. But for now I'll just content myself with reading more of her books and escaping through her words.
After the truth of his fathers gross deeds are revealed Cassidy & his mother escape & go off grid to live with his grandfather.
Brynn is having difficulty coping after the death of her fiancé & go on a journey to honour his death & perhaps find closure. She is attacked & Cassidy comes to her rescue taking her to his isolated cabin.
This is such a beautiful love story of them finding the other, dealing with their pasts & the fight to make it more. Poor Cassidy is wracked with so much guilt.
However like all good stories there is one hell of a twist giving you hope!
Katy, out of all the books I have read so far of yours this is by far the best one of them all. Thank you for such a beautiful read.
I ummed and ahed about reading this for a while and now I just have no clue why I waited to long to read this!
Cassidy you sweet beautiful pure sweetheart and Brynn you sweet strong heroine.
This love story broke my heart but wow it was an incredible journey and definitely worth the read
I STRONGLY strongly strongly recommend this book

Brynn is grieving the loss of her fiance and with a final bid to let go of the past and her grief, she visits his favourite place to bury the last piece of him she has - his mobile phone.
This really is a lovely second chance romance story with all the feels needed to make it perfect. I loved the twist at the end. I loved both characters, and as always I loved Katy's writing style.
If you want a lovely romantic book to read that will leave you feeling uplifted, this is the perfect choice. A definite 5-star review from me.
I went into this one knowing how well loved it was last year and couldn't wait to experience it for myself.
I felt Brynn's pain as she grieved the loss of her fiancé in horrific circumstances, and set out to find some sort of closure in a place she felt would connect her to him. Cassidy was endearing, having been conditioned to believe certain things, he has chosen to take a path of 'living quiet'.
The relationship between these two develops through confinement, Cassidy helping Brynn and whilst trying to maintain his distance, craves her contact. it was sweet to watch their connection develop and deepen, whilst knowing that at some point reality is bound to cause some difficulties for them.
I really enjoyed this story, but I just felt I got to the end too quickly
I absolutely devoured this book, in a single sitting. Loved that you get both his and her story and you, 100%, cannot help yourself from falling in love with Cassidy.
Read and enjoy. I am certain you will.
Well I think I've read most of Katy's books and I've got to say UnLoved is her best novel. I loved how gritty it was and it had some morally grey areas but with building the romance and swoon moments.
Cass & Brynn are my new OTP. I'm shipping these two hard.
