FINALLY a book that gives power and hope to those being bullied and those who want to prevent their child from being bullied. The author outlines some simple yet powerful techniques in changing the power balance from the bully to the person being bullied. I have tried these techniques with my children, especially my eldest (8yo) and it has completely changed his approach when being picked on by other kids. He is much happier and way more confident as a result. Thank you so much!

4.0 out of 5 stars Managing bullying behaviour with elegance 6 December 2013

In essence this book offers a very simple and tidy and philosophically balanced and elegant way for parents to actually deal with a significant part of the bullying behaviour that is so damaging, left unmanaged. I liked it, it is simple NLP and Neuro-Semantic patterning, don't let the big words fool you it is really simply to apply. If you can recognise that bullying is as much about the victim as about the perpetrator, this is the book for you.
