So far, everything we have tried from this book has turned out well. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with lots of vibrant photos to tempt me into trying new dishes. Both the Sabji (vegetable) and beef momos have become an new family favourite although I found I needed to scale up the dough mixture by a third (perhaps I am just rubbish at packing in the right amount of mixture to each momo).

Brilliant authentic recipesReviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2013
Having just got back from a month in Nepal I wanted to try my hand at cooking some Nepalese dishes. This book is great and although small compared to some cookbooks it has a great diversity (from momos to curries and dhals to desserts). I've tried 3 recipes so far and they are some of the best things I've cooked. Looking forward to trying the momos when I get a steamer.
Gave this as a presentReviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 December 2013
I gave this cookbook to my granddaughter for her birthday, she said there is quite a few spelling mistakes in it but she likes the book.
Amazing FoodReviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 April 2016
Fantastic food, the recipes are clear and easy to follow, initially it does take a bit of time making the paste and garam masala but so worth the effort as the finished dishes are delicious.
