WOW...just Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I've read all of Sheridan's previous novels and loved them so I expected this to be of the same caliber. I wasn't expecting that! She smashed it out of the park with this one.

Of course there is a strong bully theme and a few triggers for some so beware but all in all I love that the female lead is a no nonsense bad#@s.

She also got tongues wagging all over the world about pineapple on a pizza 😂

I so love to see a fellow Australian's artwork celebrated and I love picking up on the little things that are very Australian in her humour.

I'm in a serious slump now knowing I have to wait for the next installment, thankfully one of the many things I adore about this Author is that she either writes a series very quickly or she's written them before she releases them and just enjoys watching us squirm waiting to hear more. 😂

Ugly Girl was such a great read!!
I love a good high school bully romance and I really love the ones that have a strong and kick ass FMC. Skylar is seriously a bad ass! She is the new girl at school, along with her younger brother after they ran away from a dark and mysterious past. From the minute she walks through the doors, she has the unwanted attention from the King of Astor High, Slade Cruz. He is a total a$$hole and makes it his mission to get her to leave. He has most definitely met his match when it comes to Skylar because she refuses to back down and challenges every move he makes. The chemistry and sexual tension between the two of them is absolutely insane!
The story line is great! I loved that it was a little dark and there was a little suspense and mystery. Plenty of high school drama and heated moments. I read this book so fast! I honestly could not put it down.
And that ending!!! Gahhhhhh - I need book 2 asap!!!

I seriously don't know where to start this review from....
Slade got into me so strong from the beginning being a total brat and giving Skylah sh*t for being in his space at school thinking she could take over his position!!
Skylah on the other hand telling him he was full of sh*t blasted me away with her attitude and feeling not so good being at school and not wanting to be top dog!!
Sheridan, I've cried right throughout this story and I'm so very grateful for your amazing talent!!
I cannot wait to devour Lost Girl. Thank you so very much for this magnificent piece as it's taken me away from a bad day to feeling alot better, so Thank You always Bella ❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋📚💯😭😭😭😁😎👍👍

Bully romance at its best

Wow wow wow! Bully romance at its finest. I devoured this book. Right from the start you will love Sky and Slade. What an brilliant couple that have all the angst, games and fight you could want. The story develops from a simple bully tug of war to a full suspenseful ride where things aren't always as they seem. It was raw, emotional and definitely gave me the chills in parts. The characters had spunk and were all developed and immensely interesting. It's a beautiful story and I need book two like now! Sky isn't a push over and gives as good as she gets. I loved her attitude and it made her character fierce and strong. She's an inspiration! Sheridan Anne has given us a fantastic bully romance that will have you laughing, crying, smiling and cringing in the best possible ways. Loved it and it's right up there for in my list of best bully romance books I've ever read.

FABULOUS!! Anne Sheridan has excelled herself with Ugly Girl. This book was WOW from start to finish and I quickly got lost in the drama, the nastiness and the sexiness of this book. Skylah is strong and tough with a touch of vulnerable. Slade Cruz and Damian are the best thing since Nate and Jesse Ryder. Which I seriously did not think was possible. I was glued to this book from start to finish and loved every bit of it. If you like a tough female lead and a gorgeous and swoon worthy nasty guy, this is the book for you. Book hangover a certainty.

What a boss babe Skylah is!!! She sure knows how to put the peeps of Ashton Creek in place, especially the HOT AF Slade Cruz!!!

Who knew Skylah had been through so much but, she hides it so well with her tough exterior and doesnt let things bother her that she cant control. Although she's scared of what could happen, shes still a boss babe

and that ending!!!! WTAF!!! Didnt see that coming at all!!! Need book 2 right now!!!!

Like everything I read from Sheridan Anne I was hooked, right from the very start. Now I'm not as eloquent with my words but this book was just everything.
I love Skylar, she's such a strong character, she is bad ass!
Slade.... well if he is anything like my imagination makes him, woohhh. I don't want to give any thing away, but this story was just amazing, WOW!
I can't wait for the next installment, thank you Sheridan Anne for another amazing read. 😍

This is definitely a 5 star read. Omg. So much drama. Skylar is such a strong girl who has had the worst life ever. Slade tried so hard to hate her. That bombshell at the end blew me away. Bring on the next book

So this started off as your typical high school enemy to lover romance but then it shifted into more of a suspense, mafia dark romance. Which I actually have really enjoyed. I like the character Skyler, as I do like strong female leads. Also love Damien as he brings the humour and fun into the story. As for Slade....well he's your typical bad boy alpha, just the way I like them. The story is quite fast paced and balanced which i liked. Can't wait to read book 2 and hopefully get more answers to what is actually going on, I sense that in book 2 we may get more questions than answers. Highly recommend.
