I find myself usually drinking an UP&GO in the morning as they're very convenient before work. Having them delivered to my house is great so I don't have to lug them around at the shops. Chocolate flavour isn't my favourite but i'd imagine it'd be pretty good if you like chocolate milk/shakes.
Great for a quick snack if you keep forgetting to have breakfast like I do. Probably not the healthiest breakfast replacement but at least you'd be eating something.
