I'm not really sure how Fiona's future will turn out if this book was attempting to ensure sobriety, which I am aware no one can predict but I felt a sense of future failure through out the story I'm afraid to say. I believe some of the references may also come back to bight her on the bum in the future. I do however sincerely wish Fiona every success in the future!

What a brave, gutsy and beautiful person Fiona is. To open up and bare your soul like this is to be commended. A very raw look into alcoholism and the consequences, it’s harsh at times, brutal and very honest. You are an inspiration, you just keep fighting like the gorgeous warrior that you are. I wish you only the best xx
Bravo.

Hat's off to Fiona for being so open and honest in her tell all book. A great read and I believe would be helpful for anyone suffering addiction as well. It's Real life warts and all.

I devoured this book. A funny, devastating, and inspiring memoir on the brutal disease of addiction and the recovery process.

Raw and honest

Such a raw an honest memoir. Fiona really gave her heart and soul in this book and gave an honest insight into the disease that is alcoholism. I've always been a fan of Fiona's comedy but now i have great respect and admiration for her. It's a terrible disease and we as a society need to be less judgemental and not just write off "another drunk" and we need to stop normalising alcohol. It ruins people and tears families apart. Thanks Fiona for being so honest.

Fiona will make you laugh out loud and make you cry.

This book is one of those unputdownable pieces of writing. Beware of reading it in the wee hours next to your dear one, your snorts of laughter may disturb their sleep. It also made me cry. I salute the authors bravery for sharing her story with such candour. If I ever bump into Fiona O’ Loughlin it will be hard to resist giving her a hug. I hope to see more of her work on the screen or stage in the future.

This book is so raw and honest!
Whilst reading, I had to keep reminding myself it wasn't fictitious.
I applaud your honesty, brave lady and hope that you are in a place of peace within yourself.
You are truly inspirational.
