HASH(0xaf22e198) out of 5 stars Best mobile skateboarding game 30 March 2016

If you want to get your money's worth and a good skating game, then I advise you to buy this. It may be expensive to buy all the parks but at least buy one so you don't get bored of the other park it's simple to use, fun and addicting. I also recommend buying unlimited customization, you can create a custom skate deck via various web sites to recreate your skateboard in real life. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey like I said before but it's worth every d@ mn penny.

HASH(0xaf8cadd4) out of 5 stars Awesome app, play it. 28 June 2014

This is a great app. Plays well, does take a bit to get used to but once you find the view and sensitivity that works for you, it is really good. I also noticed it feels better on my android then my fruity device, not sure why. It is so good I purchased a few other parks in-game, and that is officially my first in-app purchase for anything after years of saying I would never buy anything in-game. This little game that has a small install size and no issues with bugging you about logins (just create a username at the start or login with FB if thats your thing) or pushing ads in your face every few minutes, I was in the default park for hours with absolutely nothing popping up and stopping my fun the entire time. True Axis deserves praise for this app, this is how you do a free app, and it is so good you will buy another park or 4. Game even allows you to earn in-game credits that you can use like cash to unlock things. Just download this thing already.

HASH(0xaf23a450) out of 5 stars Extraordinary Skateboard Game - Talking IAP & DLC 24 April 2015
By Tinfoot - Published on Amazon.com

An extremely well crafted skateboarding game, the best I have played on Android. However, I think best to first treat the In-app purchasing. As a gamer over 30 years, including the last 15 spent as hard-core online, I have my own attitude towards IAP and premium DLC, and I find the real money purchasing options here generally fine... with one caveat.

Three types of real money purchasing are present: fluffy, shortcut customizing IAP that can be had from just playing the game. I am fine with this as it has no impact on gameplay, just on self-will to be willing to play first and work up your deck as you go. The second type is permanent upgrade, Unlimited Slo Mo, that can only be bought with real money. This I am less fine with- I expect to get everything from play and in-game earnings. Yet this is rather fluffy, shortcut IAP too. You can refill your slo-cam with earnings, so this gets a half-pass.

The third type is honest a to a goodness Download Content, meaning content created after publication and adding true extra play value. Now the debate will always remain about whether such things should be automatically free content updates or paid DLC, and I do have my own position, yet going past that, the DLC here are extra skate parks based off physical locations, each .99 cents each. Once again not impacting gameplay of the ORIGINAL game and representing latter work and resources of the dev, I am fine with this. However, I would have been more pleased if those parks were available at least by a special discounted group package, more pleased if available as in-game earning purchase or super special unlocks.

All that aside, there are external social links and such, but nothing nagged me in the thirty minutes I played. I would have played longer, but I didn't recharge my tablet, and this game is a battery hog. Once you see the fantastic graphics and fluid controls, you will understand. This played gorgeously on my quad-core, 10.1" M10x.

The Record Audio permission works with the in-game game capture, and the code is generally clean - no ad networks, no analytics, and the third-party social network for posting leader scores is potable right from the first opening. Nothing that caused me suspicion or alarm.

It did self-install on my Storage, leaving I think about 6mb. Typing this on my smartphone while dealing with a kidney stone, so I have been going off memory... and forgive any typos or strange formatting. Typing in Amazon's text boxes on a small screen can lead to strange results.
