This book discusses principles in treatment planning well, however, it lacks practical demonstrations, case reports and problem-based approach. It is typical American style of medical books.
The authors seem to forget a little about the readers who are mostly general dentists, dental students, post-grad students.
Many readers, particularly in developing countries, need practical guides, concise discussions and protocols which can be applied more effectively and quickly in daily practice.
