5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing and emotional rollercoaster 11 October 2015

What an amazing emotional rollercoaster this book was. I laughed, cried, and sat at the edge of my seat on this one. This was a perfect ending to this series which I will miss this characters as this has been one of my favorites. I had a hard time at first on whether I was Team Danger or Team Chad and by a 1/4 of the way in I knew for sure who I was. You definitely need to check this out as KE Osborn as outdone herself again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Totally Rocked? Heck Yeah! 10 October 2015

What an amazing book and end to one of my favorite rockstar series! Totally Rocked took me on such a roller coaster ride of emotions--I laughed, I cried (seriously, be sure to keep those tissues handy!) and when it ended, I felt such a loss because there will be no more stories in this series. I loved the epilogue and reading about the future of our favorite rockstars. While there is sadness, there is a happily ever after and K E Osborn gives her readers exactly what they want. This is another must-read in the Rocked Series! Absolutely loved it!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Emotionally and Creatively strong!! 8 October 2015

Book Three and for me this is the best so far – it can be read as a standalone but I would encourage you to read the books that have gone before, they will give you a flavour of the quality of the whole series.
Ella’s band Stalked are about to hit the road and Colter Slade’s daughter is living a life that she was not necessarily born to be in – but one that following her adoption, she has embraced and through her famous parents she has not only become completely immersed in, but she has flourished.
The book covers Ella’s life – not just the here and now, it is her whole life.
It flits from past to present and while others may find issue with that, I think the author hit the nail on the head, Ella needed the opportunity to show us where she had come from and where she was going, she had a story that needed this opportunity to be heard.
Ella loves the limelight but what happens when little miss sparkle meets the man named Danger!
The book is told from alternative points of view, and it is by using this that I fell completely in love with the characters.
I didn’t agree with everything Ella did but I wanted only the best for her.
I could comment on the whole love triangle situation between Ella, Chad and Danger but in all honesty I think that we have all got opinions of how and why a love triangle either does or doesn’t work – so I think that you really should form your own opinion on that situation but I have to say from my point of view, I think the author pulls this one out of the bag, she got the feeling of the situation just right.
The story didn’t grow on me, it hit me hard from the very first chapter.
I loved the characters, the secondary characters added so much to the story that I couldn’t help it when my mind started to wander and wonder, emotionally the story was strong, descriptively and creatively the story was fantastic.

5.0 out of 5 stars 5 i'm in the band STARS! 8 October 2015

Alright, first I have to start with: Did you get a look at that Rockin Book Cover? The Juicy Rock Stars? Yum!

Enough of that, on to my review...

I for one am "TOTALLY" obsessed with Rock star Romances! Scream like a psycho, dance like an idiot, PARTY LIKE A ROCK STAR!

Being the adopted daughter of the world’s most famous rock star, Colter Slade has its perks. A rich lifestyle, designer clothes, enough money to buy all the pretty things you desire. But does being Daddy’s little princess mean you’re satisfied with your life?

Ella Slade has it pretty good... Her own band, rockin a$$ friends, supportive family, and money, what else could a girl want? She also is a public attention wh0re. She enjoys being in the center of it all. With all of that, what can be better then sharing it all with her BFF Chad?

Staked goes on Tour and everything in her perfect world blows in to complete disorder. The cause? Danger! No, she's not in Danger, Danger is the lead singer from their backing band, Recoil.

Ella better be prepared for the thrill ride her emotions are about to go on, because she will be acquiring insight into her own character. She also must make a decision between these two polar opposites. Chad+Ella+Danger= a good old fashioned Love Triangle.

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved this book! 11 January 2016

Totally Rocked is the third book in the Next Generation series that follows the band members Staked. This book can be read as a standalone, but my suggestion is to read all the books in order so that parts of the following books make sense. There is also a series called Rock Gods that follow the parents of the characters represented in this series. I have not read that series and cannot comment on whether or not it would enhance this series by reading that one first.

This book spans from childhood to adult life and has many time jumps. This is the third book in the series that I have read and the time jumps bother me less than they did in the first book. I also just noticed that in each book, the author provides a diagram of characters and how they are related along with some slang terms explained. I think this is genius as it helps the reader have a reference to look at if they get confused.

Totally Rocked follows Ella, the adopted daughter of a famous musician. If you read the first book, you also know that Ella has a sister named Annie who is adopted as well. Since I read the other books in the series, I could not wait for Ella’s story. Since these books all start from childhood, we are able to see the characters grow, which is true for Ella. I think that Ella’s story is about her trying to figure out who she and trying to see where she fits in life.

The author's writing style has grown on me. During the first book, I thought it was okay, but became confused. During the second book, I realized I really liked it. That has not changed. I like the way the book spans over a long period of time. I also like the alternative povs during the book. I like getting to know the other characters and watching them all grow up. I think this gives readers a real stake in the book because they want to see this child bloom into a beautiful young woman. I was rooting for Ella as I watched her grow and mature page after page.

Oh and I loved the love triangle. This was hinted at in the previous books, which made me anxious to read Ella’s story. Will she choose the childhood friend or the bad boy rock star? I love the way the author chose this plot and how it changed Ella and allowed her to grow and make decisions on her own. I think that parents often times try to be overprotective to their children, but Ella is the daughter of a rock star and I think that she needed to step out and grow on her own. We are able to see this happen in her story.

Overall, I loved this book. I was not disappointed at all, which is big for me to say because often times when I look forward to reading a book so much, there is usually something that disappoints me. I would 100% recommend this book and the whole series to friends and family. I will also end up buying this series for myself. Thank you K. E. Osborn for the opportunity to read this wonderful story.
