Product description

Product Description

A terrible thunderstorm awakens little Yann during the night. At first he wants to call his Mama, but then he bravely tries to find out what happens when nature goes wild with the help of Mema's home knit 'Thunderstorm-Sweater'.

This book with 17 illustrations is a part of a collection of independent magic stories with the same story line:
Mema in Germany knits her longing for her grandson Yann in France into different sweaters for him. Every time, Yann puts one of these sweaters on and says a spell that he has to find by himself, he gets involved into exciting adventures.

The other stories are available for free as interactive and animated books on the IMAGICBOOKS Website - http://imagicbooks.free.fr (in German and French, too).

5.0 out of 5 stars THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY CHILD 4 April 2013

This is by far the cutest little book I have ever seen. The illustrations are great for children and the situation described has probably happened to many a child. A thunder storm is scary - and this book takes the scare out of it and helps the child understand that there is nothing to be scared of. The best childrens' book I have seen in a long, long time. Thumbs up for the author and the illustator!!
5.0 out of 5 stars ... terrified of thunderstorms but she read this book and loved the story line 3 July 2015

My 7 year old Grandaughter was terrified of thunderstorms after moving to Spokane Washington from Alaska. She really hadn't ever been near one before and her first experience was a very serious storm. So I gave this magical book to her for her birthday right after the storm. So she read it, and just loved the story line! She laughed out loud telling me about it! She has gotten over her fear of thunderstorms after this story! And reads it all the time. I plan on picking up the other stories in the series because this was such a hit!
