HASH(0xb14e8978) out of 5 stars A keeper. 5 April 2014
By GGW - Published on Amazon.com

This book has everything. Love (a little steamy at times), mystery, and psychic powers. The hero and heroine have sufficient weaknesses to overcome that you're rooting for both of them. And the ending... Let's just say I can hardly wait for the next book in the series.

I received an advanced reading copy for an honest review. Since it is somewhat grittier at times than I usually pick, I wasn't prepared to fall in love with it. Good writing can cause you to overcome prejudice.

HASH(0xb38ba8a0) out of 5 stars Great suspenseful and romantic read! Levi is a man to swoon over!! 12 April 2014
By J Bogan - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I was gifted this book from the Author for an honest review.
I gave this book 5 stars.

This book is about two psychics, who do things very differently. One can talk to the dead while the other can get inside the killers head and see what he is thinking. Both come together to try and find a serial killer on the loose. Neither one expected to fall for each other the way that they do.

Now there is a serial killer and both of them have to try and find a way to catch him before he claims yet another life. And is Trudy in danger of him, she can see him but can he see her?

I loved the suspense in this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat. And it still gave me the romance that I crave. There is more then meets the eye with these two characters and I think Trudy needs to look deeper into Levi before she judged him and tagged him the way that she did. It is a great read to follow along as she discovers he is not all she thought he was, he is so much more. I would def recommend this book to all of you readers who love suspenseful reads. There is a cliffhanger at the end. And it seems like there will for sure be a book two. I don't think she would leave us hanging like that.
I can't wait to read what is going to happen next!
Thank you for sharing your book with us Deborah! I am a fan for life! <3

HASH(0xb37b1b70) out of 5 stars A Very Good Read! 8 April 2014
By Deborah Sanders - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Deborah Camp has done it again . . . added another fascinating book to her long list of entertaining reads. THROUGH HIS EYES is a romantic suspense chock full of both . . . steamy, titillating romance and edge of your seat suspense.

I loved the paranormal twist with psychics Trudy Tucker and Levi Wolfe. Trudy has the ability to see and feel the horrific acts committed by murderers. Levi can speak to the victims, chronicling the last hours, even minutes, of their life. They team up to end the gruesome spree of a serial killer in the Florida Keys. Along the way, they realize their connection is much more than shared psychic abilities as their hearts and bodies entwine as tightly as their minds.

Some of the scenes viewed by Trudy are graphic. I typically don't like extreme violence but these scenes are necessary to fully translate the villain's evil intentions. While at times intense, the balance is restored with witty banter and sexy encounters between Levi and Trudy.

THROUGH HIS EYES is a well written thriller with a healthy dose of romance. It should be on the "must read" list of every romantic suspense reader but more than that, anyone who enjoys a good crime novel or action thriller will definitely want to consider this novel for their library. At 100k words, it's lengthier than most formula books of this genre but is filled with meat, not fluff. A very good read!

HASH(0xb37af15c) out of 5 stars Beautifully written -- Powerful Book!! 17 April 2014
By Angie Thatcher - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
Deborah Camp absolutely outdid herself with her latest book. Trudy Tucker, the female lead, was a fascinating character. Although she seemed a bit quirky at first, I was so thrilled and awed by her psychic ability to "see" through the eyes of a serial killer as he chose, captured and murdered his victims. I'd be a bit quirky too!

Trudy has studied under Quintara, a larger than life psychic tutor and is learning how to harness her frightening visions into something good by aiding the police to identify the killer through her visions. She joins Levi "Leviticus" Wolfe, another psychic who experiences the same murders, but through the eyes of the victim.

Although their psychic abilities intertwine very well, it's a bit of fire and ice in the beginning. Their styles are so incredibly different. Quirky Trudy in her RV with her dog Mouse seems shy and a bit afraid of her powers, while Levi is well-known worldwide as a debonair, over-the-top psychic with the ability to self promote both his skills in clairvoyance and womanizing.

Of course, it doesn't take long before the attraction between Levi and Trudy leads to them becoming even more intertwined with each other. I personally love serial killer books, although I don't read a lot of romantic suspense. This book was perfectly balanced -- the crime scenes were graphic, but just right! The love scenes were equally graphic, but also quite all right!

As the book progresses, you not only see a deep relationship building, you also see deep, dark secrets, especially in Levi's past that aren't detailed. Thank goodness this is number one in a trilogy, I can't wait for the next book.

The best part of the book is the smooth, clever writing style. The scenes are clear, the dialogue crisp and sharp, and because Ms. Camp is such an accomplished writer, you never have to pause or go back to figure out what's happening or who's talking.

Fans of Chelsea Cain, J. D. Robb and Lisa Gardner should definitely read this book.

HASH(0xb1c84408) out of 5 stars Great story that will keep you hot and bothered and wondering what will happen next with the murders 8 April 2014
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Trudy Tucker is a 27 year old Oklahoma girl who has finally come to terms with her psychic abilities. She sold her share of her grandfather's pawn shops to her brother and sister, bought an rv and set out with her trusty sidekick Mouse to make a living helping to solve crimes by using her ability to see through the criminals eyes.

Levi Wolfe is a famous and extremely sexy psychic you uses his popularity to help him build his name in relation to his ability to solve crimes. Not only is he a well known psychic, but he is also a very wealthy business man in the construction business.

Trudy and Levi meet through Quintara and her round table discussions and workshops for new psychics trying to finesse their abilities and gain a better understanding of what they are capable of. Quintara uses her relationship with Trudy to help Levi convince her that she should come to Florida to help solve the murders of several women in Key West.

I have not read many crime stories in awhile. To have the chance to read not only a crime novel, but a romance and crime novel in one was fantastic. I was not let down in the least. Deborah Camp writes a wonderful store that keeps you not only extremely turned on by the heated encounters between Trudy and Levi, but she throws in the suspense of the continuing crimes that are being committed. The way that she lays out the story is perfection at its finest. I absolutely loved how she used both Trudy and Levi's psychic abilities to help solve the murders. I also want to give her kuddos on how she sets us up for the next story in the series without leaving us hanging on a cliff. I must say thank you for that because I hate nothing more than to be all into a book and it just abruptly end. If you are looking for a book that will turn you on and make you want to find out what happens next then this is a good book for you. Look out James Patterson and J.D. Robb this one could give you some competition.
