About the Author

Catherine Harrison is the founder and president of Purple Voodoo, a performance and behavior change company that helps individuals and organizations adapt, perform, and thrive. She is a certified professional coach, behavior change specialist, expert facilitator, seasoned team leader and strategic connector of dots. She is a songwriter/musician, author, painter, environmentalist, and mother based in Toronto. For six years she's been the host of the Monday Night Jam at the Moonshine Café in Oakville. She has decades of experience as both a corporate professional and a multi-disciplinary artist. This is her first book. --This text refers to the paperback edition.

Catherine Harrison is the president of Purple Voodoo, a Toronto-based performance consulting company with a focus on mindfulness, adaptability, and accountability. She has decades of experience as both a corporate leader and multi-disciplinary artist.

Harrison is a certified professional coach, behavior change specialist, writer, songwriter, musician, fierce environmentalist, mother, business owner, painter, recovering corporate animal, meditator, ardent walker and roamer of paths, proud Canadian, seeker, and lifelong learner. For six years she’s been hosting the “Cat Jam” at the Moonshine Café, a music venue in Oakville, Ontario. Three Colors, Twelve Notes is her first book.

What an incredible and unique book. Catherine generously shares stories of her life, thoughts and talent in an interesting collection of short and very relatable chapters.
