I feel like I have been waiting forever for Vivienne to finally receive her own book. Then before I even started, I thought to myself - What if it didn't live up to all the hype, and this hype I speak of was in my own head and my own expectations!!
But rest assured, it DID live up to all of the hype - and then some. She has been such a wonderful minor character in quite a few books, so if anyone deserved their own story it had to be her. That she ended up with someone as spectacular as Mark was such a beautiful thing to read. He may come across as a quiet man, well his nickname is Private Mark after all. But the meaning of that name is because he doesn't live his life for the whole world to see. He is the perfect man for Vivienne. He encourages her crazy, will hold her hand when she is unsure, but most of all just loves her for being her.
It was the standout book out of the three in the This Is series - and not by a little bit. The other two were outstanding themselves, but this story is so much more than that.

This is Love is book 3 and it is a good one!
We have previously met Vivienne in books 1 & 2; there was always an air of confidence surrounding her and you just felt like she was the friend you always wanted. Mark aka PM short for ‘Private Mark’ doesn’t get involved in team parties or shares his personal life with anyone, including his team mates.
When Mark makes it clear that he is interested in Vivienne he hopes to win her over, but knowing she is as skittish as a new born foal when it comes to relationships, he takes his time he just didn’t realise it would take 2 years to receive that phone call. Vivienne has baggage that keeps her at arm’s length when it comes to men, know that Mark is different she tries to talk herself out of her growing feelings.
When Vivienne is backed into a corner, she has to make a choice, shut the door on a real relationship or dive head first.
I loved Mark and Vivienne; these two characters were strong and independent in their own worlds and in this case while Mark is VERY private Vivienne is out there sharing her life with the world their chemistry is off the charts leaving you wanting a happily ever after for these two.
I personally loved this story; having read previous work from Madison and I had no doubts that she would deliver another amazing book that I couldn’t put down. I can’t wait for the next one.

I totally love this series by Natasha Madison. This is just the latest and one of the best. Mark may be the quiet one in public but behind closed doors is a totally different story. He is just the man to tame Vivienne. Another great read by a great author

She vows never to fall in love, he is looking for the one. This is the book we have all been waiting for since Ms Madison first introduced us to Vivienne in Something So Perfect!
If you are a fan of Natasha like I am, you have seen Vivienne in many of her other books, loud, opinionated, outgoing, confident, immodest, fun, flirty and the one person you are dying to go out for drinks with! But this book, this amazing book, gives us so much more to her character, it digs deeper into why she has sworn off of love and it makes you fall in love with her in a completely different way. Her friendship with Karrie throughout kept me laughing out loud, the simplicity and strength of their bond, is beautiful, add in Matthew and the rest of the gang and I had tears of laughter rolling down my face at times.
So for Vivienne to completely change her ideals you knew it was going to take a strong man, the perfect man, a complete gentleman, respectful and her absolute opposite. Mark is everything Vivienne is not, he is private, shy, keeps to himself, a homebody and only sleeps with women he is in relationships with, sounds too good to be true but he’s not. Behind closed doors he’s also a hot as hell alpha who has wanted Vivienne since they first met years ago and he isn’t going to stop until she’s his.
Vivienne puts up a good fight, but when you have the right man fighting for you, showing you in every way that he’s the one for you, you can’t help but fall and fall hard.
This is Love is so right, it was the perfect love story and the perfect ending to this phenomenal series. Each book is beautifully unique, but equally outstanding. Vivienne needed a HEA more than anyone and she certainly got the one she deserved.
As always, I can’t give more, but I’ll never give less than 5 stars, with each story she writes, I am more and more mesmerised by Natasha’s writing, just when I think it can’t possibly get any better, she blows every ideal I had, out of the water. Her hero’s are swoon worthy, her heroines are always kick butt women you want to be friends with, and there’s always a handful of side characters that bring the humour and who you also hope will get their own stories one day.
She always leaves me wanting more and that’s exactly how I feel right now.

Another 5 Star book by this talented author!
Just when you don't think this series can get any better Natasha Madison proves you wrong.
We have meet Vivienne many times, best friend to Karrie ( Karrie and Matthews story can we read in Something so Prefect) Vivienne the French ice queen sworn off of love at 21. The other woman for over 2 years to0 embarrassed to tell her best friend with a promise that he would leave his wife, turned to dust on her 21st birthday when she spotted him with his very pregnant wife.
Over the last 10 years Vivienne spends her time from lover to lover no heartbreak for her - but then along comes Mark PM (Private Mark as everyone calls him), Goalie for the NY Slingers and business owner - he likes to keep his life private.
Mark has tried to have a date with Vivienne for over 2 years - he still can't believe she didn't call him when he gave her his number!
The two finally give into their feelings and while Mark is falling hard and fast for Viv she is firmly keeping her heart closed she is determined not to go through the heartbreak of 10 years ago.
Can Mark hold tight and make Vivienne see that 'This is Love' or will a ghost from the past remind her why she keeps herself closed off.
I just love this series and hope their are many more to come!

4.5⭐ A Brilliant Read

This Is Love, the third book in the This Is series brings together Vivienne and Mark and it's the one I've been the most excited about reading and honestly it didn't disappoint.
As Mark and Vivienne's romance had everything and the connection and chemistry between the pair was almost tangible; and I loved how steamy, yet sweet it was. Not to mention how it had moments of anguish and emotion. Especially when Mark realised Vivienne had never seen what they had as a real relationship they could actually build upon. And I must say I adored Mark and how he smoothly played the long game with Vivienne just to prove how they were meant to be together.
As for the story itself, it was well paced, absorbing, and full of witty banter, familial relationships and fun moments, thanks mainly to Karrie, Matthew and co. Yet, it was also a little messy and unpolished, and I felt like it was also missing a little something else overall. Which is really why I've not given it five stars. But all in all it was a fabulous read, and these characters are fantastic. Which is why I would happily recommend it to others.

Not my favourite
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 October 2019Verified Purchase
Much as I liked the other characters in earlier books I never warmed to Vivienne as a character and after reading this book I like her even less. She’s shallow and brittle, ridiculously self obsessed and self centred and I didn’t find it credible that Mark would actually fall for someone with no depth. Not my favourite book by the author sadly but an easy enough read
