This is an excellent book written first hand by an excellent fighter ace of 249 Hurricane Squadron who flew with famous aces and pilots like Tom Neil, George Barclay and James Brindley Nicholson VC. Tich was someone who talked about his experiences on the Battle of Britain forums through his daughter Gill, Luckily for us, he has left a remarkable, no punches pulled book on his life as a fighter pilot in Britains darkest hour and that also of Malta.
Tich Palliser is an ace who is largely known in certain circle. He was a pilot fondly remembered by those who flew with him and knew his record.
This book is an excellent read, well written and fresh. You will not be disappointed.

Cracking read covering the exploits of 'Titch' Palliser. Can cross reference with other books on 249 Squadron, during and after The Battle of Britain.
