This book is incredibly cute--instead of following one couple into love, you get to follow three. There's Charlotte, Amelia, and Annie, three generations of women in the same family all navigating the path of relationships at the same time. Relationships with each other, with new friends, and new loves. I have to admit, though, I cared so much more about Amelia's story than the rest, however, you kind of need all three because they interconnect so well. I can always appreciate a book that can make me laugh, and there are several instances where this one actually made me laugh out loud (thank you Charlotte).
Then Comes Love is a sweet and adorable novel that draws you in and makes you feel certain emotions with the characters. Lindsay Detwiler does an amazing job at making the reader feel the "butterflies" of falling in love in addition to making the reader laugh at life's crazy moments. I have read all of Detwiler's other books and while they are all good, by far, Then Comes Love is my favorite. This is a perfect book to spend a rainy day with. Highly recommend this author and book!
This is the second book I have read by Lindsay, and I really enjoyed it. I found myself picturing the characters and actually feeling their emotions. I was turning the pages wanting to know where the story would take them next. They felt like people I could talk to in my everyday life and possibly even people I have encountered in my own life. Thanks Lindsay, this was great read!

I liked most of this book. The writing was very good. The characters were well developed and the story was easy to follow with just enough twists to keep this reader involved.
The main fault was: too many useless fill-in words. I understand the need of the author to inform the reader but repetitive information is most annoying.
This was a wonderful romance and a story about family ties. It is about three generations of women and the love they have for each other. I have read all of Detwiler's books and each one is better than the last. You definitely don't want to miss reading this one!
