I'm a huge fan of Simon Brett and they are very addictive reading - no aggression or nastiness in his storylines - genteel murders.

This story is quite predictable, to be honest - I figured our the victim immediately and also the actual murderer, but if you like 'easy reading' whodunits, this is quite entertaining. I couldn't put it down.
