I just finished "The invitation". I Couldn't put it down. It was a good thing i was recovering from surgery and had an excuse to ignore the house around me because i couldn't get my eyes off the pages. As I was reading, in the other side of my brain i was thinking "how is this going to end?" I just couldn't predict it.
I especially loved the "gilded age" timeline. There are so many books set in WWII but no so many in this era. It was so interesting reading and hearing about the poor tenements in perspective to how the rich lived. I Read this in record time. Loved it! Now to search Amazon to see which one of Belinda's books i haven't read. Think Ive read most.
