A chance meeting on a flight from London to L.A. leads to a conversation about their lives and a kiss neither of them will forget. I fell for Damian, hard, just like he fell for Nicole. This man was sublime ... he was sexy, slightly cocky, and extremely wealthy. Running the family's airline business is his life, trying to cover up his twin brother's misdemeanors his burden, the only problem being - he's lying to the woman he's fallen for. Nicole is an extremely confident, strong woman. She's taken over her mother's PR company after her recent death. She's also sassy, focused and very hardworking. She's also fallen hard for Damian.
I loved the connection between Damian and Nicole, their attraction was instant, their chemistry scorching ... they were definitely born to be together. As with all of her books, Ms Scott gives readers plenty of romance, light-hearted moments, intrigue and a few twists and turns. An engaging and thoroughly enjoyable read.

Pretty quickly, Nicole has got me liking her. She sounds ‘real’. And as she was texting with her best friend, I could absolutely imagine having a similar conversation with my own best friend. Nicole is really easy to relate to.
And Damian had me on his side really fast. He’s a bit smug, a bit arrogant, a bit insecure and a lot focussed – right at Nicole. I was drawn right into how she would have been feeling, to have the sole attention of the tall, muscular, handsome man in the seat next to her, focussed entirely at her. Added to it was the content of their conversation (which I can’t tell you about – no spoilers), as it only added to the intensity between the two of them.
And I think I’m a little bit in love. Damian is the leading man that every romance book should have. This book honestly reminded me why it was that I got so hooked on romance stories in the first place. I always love books by J.S. Scott, but I think this one has just taken top place as my favourite.
I absolutely loved this story. There so many things about it that were just ‘right’. Both characters had their insecurities and flaws, but neither of them were annoying. Both had their moments of angst, and I was completely drawn in, feeling their emotions with them. And the supporting cast were great! Not overpowering, but strong enough in their own rights that I felt that they were more than just ‘background furniture’ type characters.
I’m not normally one to go back for a second read of a story, but for this one I might just make the exception.
Thank you to the author for my copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
A fantastic story and I absolutely loved these new characters by J.S. Scott😍 I’m keen to find out more about Dylan and I’m hoping the twins younger brother Leo will also get his own story too😁 I received an advanced copy and I voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

I must apologise as I've seen lots of books by JS Scott but not paid attention. Omg I'm paying attention now. You can really understand the characters and the storyline is gripping. It's not predictable or boring. I've laughed and cried at the emotions of the love story. Roll on book 2 xx
