My wife just turned 65, and we have been married for 42 years. I gave this book to her after reading it because I thought that it addressed her physical complains about sex. After some initial hesitation (she misinterpreted my reason for giving it to her), we talked about it and she agreed to read Diana's other books: The Heart of Tantric Sex, and Tantric Orgasm for Women. We are BOTH very glad she did. We connect at a deeper level of fulfillment and love. All it took was open mind (it is different) and a little practice. However, in our case, we experienced UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS THE FIRST TIME.
In their book, Diana and Janet guide the reader back to the body and into the heart where sex can again become a great blessing as it was meant to be.
When the body’s breeding phase is drawing to a close for women, it can bring with it a great pain and a longing that may seem impossible to realize. Diana and Janet show women another way.
Through this beautifully written book, women can learn to create a new relationship to sex and aging. The way forward can be transformed from bleak at best, to a way which is full of joy, connection, and inner peace.
