I loved this book and read it in 1 day I cannot wait to find out what happens to Dunstan's other brother, so will definately be getting the next in the series.
Set in England in 1270. This is the first book in Deborah Simmons de Burgh series. It tells he story of Dunstan de Burgh the eldest of the de Burgh brothers who is told to escort the Lady Marion Warenne to her home. Although she has lost her memory she knows there is something sinister at home and tries numerous times to escape, much to the dismay of Dunstan and so sets the scene for the conflict between them. The sexual chemistry between the two is breathtaking. Once I started to read this book I could not put it down. Deborah Simmons tells Medieval Britain wonderfully and is one of the best authors of medieval romance I have read. I cant wait for the next book in the series The de Burgh Bride to carry on reading what the rest of the de Burghs get up to. Happy reading !
