ENTER TOMORROW in this YA Robot Cyberpunk Dystopian, book 1.5

EXOTIQA - Book 1
THIRTY - Book 1.5
SPHERE - Book 2

The second robot cyberpunk dystopian released by author M. Black is EXOTIQA. THIRTY is a novelette prequel to EXOTIQA and will appeal to a vast array of audiences. This is 1.5 in the Exotiqa World, prequel to the first release, and can be read before or after EXOTIQA. Thirty can also be read as a standalone.

Following the actions of Thirty—the love interest of Maci from Exotiqa—the reader will catch a glimpse of what life was like inside of the ImaTech factory for Flexes and how he fell in love with Maci.

Fans of Configured, Freelancer, Blade Runner, Divergent, iRobot, The Glitch, and robot cyberpunk dystopia will love this world with two young but strong female heroines who must save the fragile system crumbling around them. This story will even satisfy those looking for something with more philosophical themes and is a perfect fit for the sci-fi, artificial intelligence, and robotics interested readers.

Flexbot dialogue is told in Synchro Let text and human dialogue is told in Baskerville text.

A really gripping read. Well written and a great introduction for Exotiqa. I actually haven't read Exotiqa yet, but definitely plan to after reading this. I'm looking forward to it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Short but sweet! 19 April 2017

The story is quite brief but it is a first person POV of 30 waking up up in the factory and his first encounters with Maci. Interesting.
5.0 out of 5 stars great story 7 May 2017

This is a wonderful addition to Exotiqa. I read Thirty first and I don't regret choosing this order. It works both ways. The advised order is Book 1 and then Book 1.5, but like stated you can start with either one. Personally I liked knowing who this two in the beginning of Exotiqa were exactly. Yes, starting withThirty might be a little confusing, but I already knew Sphere. After all either book demands a little time and thought to fully understand the concept. I enjoyed reading this. It's as thoughtful as the other books in this series. I had an advanced copy of this title and I'm voluntarily providing my review. This is a short story worth your time. I can highly recommend this.
5.0 out of 5 stars Revisit with Maci and Thirty as they first meet each other 4 May 2017

What a great short prequel to Exotiqa. It was a blast to visit Maci and Thirty. In this well written story and we get to be there as Thirty wakes up in the factory, meets Maci for the first time and learns what life is. Interesting to read how the flexbots wake up and start out. Just fun to read.
5.0 out of 5 stars Hopeful Consciousness 26 March 2017

This book was just as good if not better than the first!!! M. Black has painted a wonderful picture of the future of humans and bots. I enjoyed reading / feeling about how Thirty is "born" with his consciousness. Maci is there to help him and together they form a plan for survival.
