For a book based on kink, it's unfortunate that bland describes it best. I stopped reading at the 65% mark because even though the plot was good and the MCs were nice guys, there was something missing. I can't quite put my finger on it but the brevity in the writing painted a lackluster picture and I just wasn't drawn in. It was also bizarre that such an important scene like Wesley agreeing or deciding to switch for the first time was skipped entirely when that's literally the main theme of the plot.
All in all, there's nothing terribly wrong with the book but nothing wonderfully right either.

Awesome story, loved the characters' connectionReviewed in the United States on 15 June 2017
I absolutely loved this story! Wesley and Connor are amazing characters and the connection between them is just beautiful. The premise of two Doms falling for each other was what drew me to this book and the story was not at all disappointing! The attraction between Wes and Connor was so intense, yet character development went well beyond the purely romantic plot. I loved the backstories of these characters, how they handled the definitely challenging situation they found themselves in, and felt like all other characters mentioned in this relatively short read where there for a good reason. It's so refreshing to read a BDSM story where you can be immersed into the world and find the characters relatable. Highly recommended!

Started goodReviewed in the United States on 28 April 2018
Interesting premise of two professional Doms attracted to each other. 4-starish good up to and including first intimate scene. Then the story went south for me, with one of the Doms having a meltdown for reasons I found quite a bit silly. The second half of the book made me feel more and more distanced from the main pair, and a bit bored by the story. I ended skimming the last bits to get to the end.

BeautifulReviewed in the United States on 17 June 2018
I thought this novel was a beautiful rendition of BDSM. BDSM to me is about discovering yourself whether it be introducing yourself into the environment for the first time. Or discovering a new side of yourself. I enjoyed Wesley and Lucas's relationship. They are the most adorable couple ever. It was like watching teenagers finding love in high school but with BDSM. I cannot wait to read more from the author.

Finding your center.Reviewed in the United States on 17 March 2018
I wasn't sure I had picked the right story when I began reading but quickly settled in. The ending, for me, was more of a cliffhanger, waiting for the other switch.
