Connie Shelton has done it again with another enjoyable mystery, the series of which are so interesting because they each follow and become a continuing story.
This one set in Ireland captures the quintessential essence of the Irish country and character, bringing to life the quirkiness of the Irish characters portrayed.Connie can convey in an economy of style all the features of a captivating mystery compared to many other writers who resort to unnessary written verbiage.
The relationship between Samantha and husband Beau is so beatifully drawn that they become real people to the reader.

It was interesting to read this book set in Ireland and Connie Shelton's take on Irish folk law as she links it to the strange happenings with Samantha Sweet's little box. Very enjoyable
