this thing is solid! it hasn't missed a beat in 3½ years. We have 6 cups a day (3 each between the two of us) - so nearly four thousand 'double-shots' through it in that time, and it just keeps ticking.
the hardest part? finding the right grind size and dosage for each set of beans.
of course, my 'latte art' is still more "abstract" with the occasional 'heart' by accident :)
team this with a good grinder (I use a breville smart grinder pro - gave the sunbeam grinder away - too noisy!), reasonable beans, and there is no need to spend money at a coffee shop anymore!
