Not like ZigBee switch, the WiFi switch does not support 2-way light control and can not work with smart motion sensor, door sensor… together.
The ideal maximum wifi devices is about 10 per house. For a normal wifi router with 10+ or 20+ devices (including phones, computers, IP Cameras), the access or connection quality will become an issue.

Setting this up is a nightmare

Don't take me wrong, its a great product. Price is spot on. The ONLY issue is setting this thing up. Per instructions, we have to keep switching the down light on and off some 20-30 times until it starts blinking, thats dangerous, try doing this at home, bet you the switch will start making weird noises due to power running , basically you are playing with live power, and eventually when it blinks (after numerous attempts), get ready for an epilepsy fit. Long story short, I am still struggling to set these up with a smart home app. I ordered two units for a room, getting both the downlights to blink together is next to impossible, one gets picked up then same process again.... jeeez At the moment its just a normal white down light. Wish they had made this bit realistic and simple to set up.

Didn't Do As Stated - Internally The Same As The Cheaper Models

Bought a cheaper version of this that made my fan hum - so I purchased this one which supposedly doesn't make the hum.
Fan was still humming and then lost the speed control. It only worked in high speed from then on no matter what button selected. Upon inspecting the two items - cheap one and expensive one.. they were exactly the same just one was rebranded. I raised this with the seller and he said it was my fan capacitor.. I replaced the capacitor and no change, I also bought a new fan and no change.. Now I am $$$ out for a fan that only works high speed. Also the cover plate is cheaply glued and the adhesive kept coming away causing the cover plate to be exposed.. not safe for my toddlers room. Also the led lights are way too bright.. at night time my toddler could not sleep due to the bright light emitted.. I placed tape over it and the buttons still work - I would suggest tinting it with black film if you really want the product otherwise I would suggest not to buy at all. This is no different to a cheap one that you see on amazon for half the price.

Cannot install Tasmota

I bought the 3 gang switch wanting to install Tasmota and add it to my Home Assistant setup.
Previous buyers have reported being able to install Tasmota, so I went ahead.
However, there was an internal change and the switch does not use ESP8266 but WR 3 instead, see picture of pcb.
This means no Tasmota.
Future buyers intending to flash Tasmota on the switch, beware, this is not possible anymore.

I now have three of these switch plates from the same supplier.
I have loaded Tasmota onto all three and the product works perfectly.
They fit perfectly in place of a Aus wall plate and align with existing screw mounts.
Just beware that you need a neutral connection.

Could not reset after initial installation

After I had installed it using the TuyaSmart app which was all I knew about at the time, I wanted to change over to the Smart Life app to keep all my devices together under one app. Following the generic instructions that came with the switch I could not get the switch to reset so I could rediscover it with the Smart Life app. I'm still stuck with it in the TuyaSmart app and cannot use the automation I want to because its in the other app

Other than that, it's a very neat looking dimmer switch, could do with larger and slightly brighter control pads, but it works well

Causes interference with television. Had this issue with cheap $3 MR16 lights. Can't believe these have this issue at $40-50 a pop. Have bought seven and it's such a waste. Also the first set of four needed a Hue bridge and connected ok. The next set I purchased don't even get detected.
